I don’t like that these are only for people with iphones, etc. I have a standard cell phone but I like to get coupons too and I shop a lot a Target. It is really annoying.
Its for any smartphones, I have an Android, and I just got my txt!
you can enter the URL you receive in a text from target online- and print it out- that’s what I do and I don’t have a smartphone
Thanks for this tip! Sometimes my feature phone doesn’t like to connect to the web while I am in Target. It would be good to have a hard copy on me if my store will accept it.
Does anyone know if you get the link through text and bring it up on your computer and print the coupon that way if Target will accept it? Thanks.

I have a “regular” cell phone, but I still signed up for these text coupons and use them in store. When they send you the text, you can type that link into your web browser on your computer and print them out that way. It prints several pages and has a barcode the cashier scans. Each “coupon/offer” can only be used once.

do they charge you for the text message?
Depends on your cell provider. Most of the time you’ll get charged for an incoming text each time (unless you have an unlimited text plan).
Has anyone been able to redeem this offer? I went yesterday and tried to use the offer but the sales employee had no idea what to do and has never heard of Target mobile coupons. He tried scanning the code but it wouldn’t work and he pretty much gave up on it. Could he have entered in a code to get it to work? Or should it have scanned fine? I would still like to take advantage of this offer but I hate going to stores and trying to redeem offers that sales employees have no idea about. It’s so annoying.
They should be trained on how to redeem the mobile coupons. However I have hada few times when they didnt scan and the cashier had to manually enter it. Call a manager over next time lacey.
