I just want to give you all a heads up, as it appears from reading the comments in the Walgreens Weekly Deals post, that lots of you seem to be having problems getting the Register Reward back from the Chex Mix, Bugles, and Gardetto’s deal. i bought six yesterday and used 6 of the .50 manufacture coupons and also did the Biore deal used the B1G1 coupon.. none of the RR printed.. the manager told me that because i used a coupon that is why no RR printed.. i called customer services and they told me they will have corporate contact me.. I received a call today from the store but not the corporate.. they told me the same thing because i used the manufacture coupon for the same manufacturer. i don’t know what to say though.. help?
Some Walgreens stores have reprogrammed their Catalina machine. If you buy an item and are told that using a coupon made your RR not print, you are probably in one of those stores. There is nothing in Walgreens advertisements that state you can’t use coupons. If your RR does not print, just call 1-888-8COUPON (Catalina company) and they will mail you the RR. Or you can get online help from Catalina website.

thanks Liz… What they are doing does not make sense and its false advertisement. Its very inconvenient for costumers who have to call the catalina company to get their RR. hope they fix this or make sure their ads should say no coupons for this RR deals.
BTW, Can i call the Catalina company for the Biore monthly deal where in buy 2 get 5RR?
Chex mix RR has all kind of problems so far this week. I was lucky that my Walgreens printed the $3 RR. Sure you can call about your Biore RR. They may ask you to send in your receipt to verify that you made the correct purchase.
Here are some tips when shoppping at Walgreens.
* Look to see that a little green light is on on the cataline machine. If it’s red, or if it’s blinking or there is no light at all, that’s a bad sign. Pick another register.
*If the green light is on, but no RR, ask cashier if paper is out. Some cashiers are just too lazy to put new RR paper in cataline machine.
I would say that it should not matter. Coupon and RR is different. Its not fair they should put a sign so costumers know before buying
I went and bought 5 bags paid 4.38. My store doesn’t start the RR till Sept. 16. I was a little disappointed. 🙁
So I just read that Walgreens is doing away with the RR and start the balance rewards which is points. And using a coupon reduces how my points you earn. And the points can only be used for certain items and if you use the points on item that will earn you points you won’t earn the points. :-/
