   Stayfree is on sale at Kroger for 1.99. Combine with the $2 off from Smart Source last weekend makes it free!!

  Hi Lyn-Z,

  You can only use one mfg coupon per item. If you use the $2 mfg coupon from the 8/26 Smart Source, you can possibly get the item free if you can find it on sale! 🙂

  The Smart Source one is actually a regional Target store coupon. I never get the Target SS coupons in my area. 🙁

  Hi J Coupons,

  The Smart Source in Richmond, VA is not a regional Target store coupon. It can be used anywhere. Unfortunately I never seem to get those Target store coupons that Collin posts quite often though.

  It’s weird how the coupons are different from one area of the country to another. Not sure why they are not all the same though.
