   Carole Baker, I joined shopathome, because Collin recommended it, but unfortunately I keep having issues with it. My two cash backs are missing and I contacted you two weeks ago and did not receive any response at all. Now, my missing rebates are more than 60 days old. You recommended to “put “Hip2Save” in the subject line of email”, but there is NO subject line in the missing rebate form. So, how do I get help? Thanks.

  I tried the Wild deal once and never got my cash back so I gave up on these deals. I do use ShopAtHome regularly though and have received 2 checks so far.

    This is the first time I have ever used ShopatHome. I looked at my account and it doesn’t show any activity. So I’m wonering if I did right and it actually went through shopathome. Does it take a while to post to your account?
