  Shop At Home has always responded well to my emails, always corrected any issues, so I will sit tight a little longer :). I just have so much to keep track of at home, I don’t want to have to keep track of this too.

  Swts, I’m sorry it is taking so long to get a response to your email. To be quite honest, we have a HUGE back-up in email and customer service is working very hard to catch up. There is also a chance the email response is in your spam filter. Did you check that?    Tried to purchase and it said items in your order do not qualify for shoprunner 🙁 I always have trouble using shoprunner with drugstore.com

  Yep! I received a check yesterday for 30 bucks.. I use it for all of my online purchases, and the check I received was the 4th I’ve gotten from them so far. Gotta love getting cash back for stuff you’re going to buy anyway, every little bit counts! 🙂

  I have received a check from them before, and am supposed to get one next month. They have the best wild deals, but you do have to make sure to keep track of them. I do think they have gotten better with the Walmart deals. Right now there are some issues with the ProActiv one.

  Oh, and I was waiting for the 30 days to be up to contact them about the ProActiv (and X-out) cash backs if they were not in by then, but they have already contacted me about the ProActiv deal requesting more info and letting me know there was something going on. So, at least they knew about it and are addressing it. Later this month, when I have time, I will go over my deals and make sure I have received all the cash backs I was supposed to. They are legit, though, and, like I said, they have great Wild Deals! You can get a lot for free (just tax sometimes) or low prices using their wild deals. I like them, but I think they are still working on getting the system to function always, so you need to keep track of the deals. So far, when I contacted them because I had not received my cash back for some deals, they have fixed the issue and given me the cash back. The problem is making sure I keep track of everything (not ideal to have to do that).
