OH COURSE they don’t carry my ginormus shoes size…only up to a size ten. But I’m really digging that mint-colored scarf….

I’m quite iffy about this is there are no returns… I can only find information on exchanges (minus shipping costs)…
After I checked out, I was able to click on “Refund Policy.” This is what it says:
“Cents of Style will happily exchange any new, unworn accessory for an item of equal or lesser value, minus shipping, within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. If a product is defective, it may also be exchanged within 30 days for a replacement product of equal or lesser value. All sale and clearance purchases are final sale. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If you have any questions on an exchange, please contact us.”
I assume this is what you found? Sounds like similar return policies I have seen in the past
Has anyone ever exchanged something with Cents of Style? What was the “minus shipping” cost? Isn’t everything “free shipping” so there isn’t a specific cost for shipping? confused….
I bought one set for my daughter and then I decided to get me one, too. On my daughters they gave me the credit for the promo STYLE101, but on mine they didn’t. Why not?
