Never mind. Found it. For those doing this deal you have to click on your first auto shipment in order to find the cancellation button. They made it a bit hard for me to find but all is good now. i love their coffee by the way. The coffee maker is nothing special but free is always good.

I don’t know Kate. i actually did this about 3 weeks ago. I always put a post-it note on my desk to remind me or set a reminder on my cell to cancel things. I would think you would have to wait until they ship the first order. When you get it that should remind you to go cancel.

DID ANYONE ELSE…… Get charged $10.99 instead of $9.99? I put through 2 orders, and printed the confirmations last night. The confirmations said $9.99 each. Then this morning, I go to my bank account to check my balance, and I saw that both of them came through as $10.99?!? I would be fine with $10.99 if I had to pay more to get a 2nd order, but I’m just wondering if this happened to anyone else. I’m going to wait to see if they deliver them, and if everything is OK, I’m fine with $10.99. I was just a little shocked to see a price different come through…

Does anyone know if there is a limit per household? It doesn’t say there is one. I did two orders, with two different email address, but sent to my same address, using the same credit card. When I go into “My Account”, I’m able to see BOTH purchases, so they kept both of them on my same account (even though I put in different email addresses). I wonder how many of these we can get for the same address? I have roommates, so ideally we would like to get 1-2 per person, if we can! 🙂

I placed my order October 8,2012. I received the coffee, but not the coffee maker. My account on the Gevalia website showed the coffee maker was canceled. I just talked to Gevalia, they told me the coffee maker was part of a promotion, and since they were out of stock I would not be receiving one. The customer rep I spoke with was very helpful!!! I am disappointed I am not going to get the coffee maker, however, he said they will credit my account for the coffee shipped. So, no coffee maker, but free coffee. All in all, I am very pleased with their customer service today.
