Just an FYI – I have been disappointed by these $20 deals in the past. It is probably a nice gift for someone who likes to switch up their jewelry, but I did not think the last one I got was an everyday piece quality.
i thought the last one was ridiculous(even as a costume jewelry wearer) and expected more from a big name like Zales! i was very dissappointed!

I love reviews!! It has saved me from buyers remorse a million times. The way I see it, that $20 I would have spent will be better spent somewhere else on a much better item/gift. It just wasnt meant to be but that doesnt mean I wont find something better. 🙂
I ordered two of these yesterday and used ship to store. I picked them up today and I think they’re really pretty. My mom, sister-in-law, boyfriend’s mother and two best friends will love this. I ordered 4 more tonight and ended up knocking 5 people off my Christmas list and I’m keeping one for myself.

I’m pretty picky about materials and workmanship balanced against cost/value, and I thought the last one was really nice for $20. I initially planned to use the pendant on other chains but nixed that because it was more delicate/feminine than I thought it would be. Plus, I don’t know if it I could get it off the original chain! In any case, the chain is delicate and short but nicer than I expected, so I don’t mind. The pendant is pretty, with white and black diamond chips in a setting that resembles milgrain (which echoes my wedding ring–and perhaps why I like it so much!). I am not at all disappointed, and if I liked the shape of this pendant, I would not hesitate to buy. It’s all a matter of taste, I guess.
Same here! It came to like 27+ dollars with shipping/tax for me (I got it from Gordons when Zales ran out). I was so disappointed. I was kinda embarrassed because I had told dh about the great deal and how I normally wouldn’t have gotten it, but at such a big discount I had to…. and then it arrived and it definitely did not look worth 100+ (I wouldn’t pay 27 for it either).

After being so disappointed in the look/quality of the last zales deal like this, i’m not sure i’d do it again. i’m generally a cheapo costume jewelry person but that circular pendant from zales last month or so, was pretty tacky looking. i got two and they were both bad…and the same so it was just the way they were.

I got the circular pendant last time, and love it! In fact, I wear it almost every day. No- its not super expensive, but it is sterling silver and is comparable to some other piece of jewelry that is sterling silver.
