Staples Rewards are pretty easy as well! Rewards members earn 10% back in Staples Rewards on all ink & toner purchases, 10% back in Staples Rewards on all case & ream paper purchases, and 10% back in Staples Rewards on all Copy & Print purchases. Staples Rewards are issued monthly when the value of the Reward is at least $10. Monthly balances of less than $10 will roll over each month until the minimum is met for that calendar quarter. If the $10 minimum for the quarter has not been met, the balance will expire at the end of the quarter. Rewards and Recycling Rewards are redeemable for most merchandise in Staples stores, online at www.Staples.com or by phone at 1-800-333-3330 but cannot be redeemed for or applied against taxes, cash, credit remittance, delivery charges, custom printing orders placed online, promotional products, Staples gift cards, third party gift cards, prepaid phone cards, postage stamps, prior purchases, Staples Industrialsm purchases or any purchases made on other provider Web sites.
*Keep in mind that you will NOT receive rewards on these items if you use rewards to pay for them.
(Thanks, Mister Cheap!)
Does anyone know if you can use Staples rewards to purchase Easy Rebate items in the future? I would like to do the batteries deal, but I usually just buy easy rebate items at Staples. Any thoughts on if rewards apply to rebate items (and still allow you to apply for the rebate)?
Yes, you can use Rewards to buy things that will be cheap/free after Easy Rebate and still get the full rebate amount back (by check or through PayPal deposit) (I have done it before) but you CAN’T use Rewards to buy items that are cheap/free after Rewards UNLESS they have changed this recently (like in the last year).
From what I heard. Yes. I usually just do the easy rebates too but I figured the batteries would be a great deal to start stocking up on with the holidays coming.
Does Staples accept manu qs? There is a .75/1 Command product in my inserts this weekend. Could I pay $2.24 and get $2.99 back?
Yes, I have used man Q’s there before.
I used a Q there and they deducted it from the rebate amount. So you might want to call and check your store.
no, you’ll just get $2.24 back – it does reduce our OOP at the time – although not by very much 😉
sorry – yes, they do accept manu q’s – no you won’t get $2.99 back in rebates/rewards 🙂 it’s been a looong day over here LOL
I’ve used coupons at Staples with no problem. I have never had a coupon take away from the easy rebate amount but I have had it take away from the reward amount.
Looking forward to these deals :).
There is still a $1 off any Command product coupon available through the 3M website. So this deal becomes a $1 money maker? 🙂
No, you will only get refunded your OOP.
It might be a money maker. I recently bought the photo paper, used a 15% off coupon and got the whole $8.99 back. hardt to know for sure what will happen.
Can someone please let me know if this is correct … so i sign up for Staples Rewards and purchase lets say Duracell batteries 12.99 and I get back 12.99 back in a month??
And then i can use that reward towards another purchase ? TIA
As I understand it, you only receive rewards in multiple of $10. Buying something for $12.99 would give you $10 to spend next month, unless you bought more things that generate rewards to bring your total to $20 or more. I believe they carry over for up to 3 months (based on quarters of the calendar). I am new to Staples rewards as well, so maybe someone else can verify.
I went to Staples today. They have the plastic coupon page inserts (For a 3 ring binder) on sale for $3. I stocked up! Yay!
if u do the duracell that should count on the 25 back when u spend 100 right
Hi.could u pls tell me from where I can get the $25 Duracell rebate form
How do you receive rewards? Is it something in the mail, does it just use your card? I am a little confused.
Teri – You can sign up for it at your Staples store one account per address. https://www.staples.com/sbd/cre/marketing/easybutton/rewards.html
help i buy yesterday the batteries duracell, command clear and staedtler i have 2 forms for rebate but i dont have the form for the batteries why??? i need back to the store??
I bought the batteries, command clear, and the printing paper and only received 1 rebate form for the command clear. I am trying to submit online and all I need is the rebate number for the duracell batteries and and printing paper. Can anyone help me out? I tried searching buy sku number for the rebate offer number but it does not show up.
For the printing paper and batteries, it’s not an easy rebate but you get cashback on your staples rewards card. Check your rewards card for the cashback and if its not there, submit your receipt!
So if i buy the batteries I get rewards back on my card? not a check like easy rebates? I don’t show much at staples and just want the money back. How do i do that?
For those of you who speed read like me be careful when easy re-bates and easy rewards are shown together. I went online today to get my refund for my batteries and imagine my surprise when I learned it was a REWARD. 🙁
