Are your groceries always delivered in their reusable bags or are those purchased separately and they put your groceries in them? Thanks
Hi Gina! I live in New York state so typically my orders are delivered in paper bags (plastic grocery bags were banned several years ago here). However, if I add reusable bags for purchase to my order, they will be delivered in those bags instead.
If you do an order pickup instead of delivery and bring your own bags in your vehicle, they’ll package your order in your bags instead of having to repurchase them. I hope that helps!

I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. With Walmart+, will the driver carry the groceries up to the 3rd floor or do I need Home Delivery for this?

Great question, Jean! You have the option to tip at checkout. It will suggest a few different ranges 10% etc. It is up to you how much. I generally tip based on the size of my order and sometimes even take into account the weather or if we’re near a holiday as well. I usually find that the cash I may have earned from a previous purchase, helps offset the tip I’d like to give. Hoping this is helpful! 🤗❤️
I have found that if you do not add a decent tip to the initial order, it is harder to find a delivery driver who will commit to take your order. I usually tip 10-15%, depending on the weight and number if items in my order.

My Walmart deliveries havent been showed up lately. The driver never came to my property but keep updating every night to business closed. Kept saying that for 3 days straight but won’t deliver my package. Wm kept telling me to wait. Wait wait. Really WM? Why don’t u refund me so I can rebuy the same item again?

I’ve also had a Walmart+ for years and recently experienced a horrible Fraud attack. Someone was able to hack my Walmart+ account that was tied to my bank account, however they didn’t have access to my bank account but somehow was able to access my paypal account which was not even attached to my Walmart+. They then ordered 2 “Switch” game consoles on it pick it up at my LOCAL walmart all on my PayPal account. Dealing with PayPal over this was HORRIBLE (customer for 17 years)! Please be very careful what accounts you use for Walmart+. I now only use my Walmart+ with a credit card that I pay off every time I use it. Best Wishes everyone!

Walmart has an issue with our new delivery service. I live in a country subdivision and they can’t find my house. I have adjusted the GPS to take them right to my drive. Two times it went to the neighbors. One time it was stolen by the driver, he took a Picture of my order in his backseat with his hand on it. He was fired! I had to call one driver and direct him to my house. Only one time has the order made it to my home. Walmart has always refunded my money. I quit trying, it is not worth the effort anymore. I use to love ordering from them when it came UPS or FEDEX. I never order groceries.
