That could explain why one of mine shipped and the other is showing processing and still in limbo.
It said the same thing for me, but once I put in my payment info (ie logged into paypal) it showed the $10 off.

One per account. However, I used the same Shoprunner account to get one order for me and one order for my boyfriend without problems and sending to the same address. I did use 2 different beauty.com accounts to redeem the codes from 2 different facebook accounts. HTH. both orders will be here tomorrow (placed order over the weekend).

I placed an order and it never asked for my shoprunner account information it just automatically gave me free shipping…my sister placed an order as well and she also got the free shoprunner shipping. I think they are giving it to everyone even if they don’t have a shoprunner account.
