What do you do with Pomegranates? We belong to a produce coop and received 3 last week, not sure what to do with them. Any easy ideas??
myself and kids eat the seeds as is, so good and sweet. I spit out the hard centers but dont have to. To open; firmly smack outside with a wooden spoon to loosen seeds, score with a knife all the way around twice to make an X (careful to get through peel but not juicy seeds), then carefully try to turn inside out and seeds start falling.

Mariana’s Markets in Las Vegas, NV have pomegranates on sale 3/$1 so better than free with this coupon when you price match at Walmart!
