I just called the company, and they said they are working on trying to fix the offer. There must have been an overload or something. They said to try back later, but they are working on it.

Yeah this complete BS. I have been trying since you posted the message and it hasnt been working.
I know it’s easy to get upset about this sort of thing.. but just put it in to the perspective of it was free.. and great for those who got it and bummer for us who didn’t. It’s easy to lose sight of that.. but we need to be thankful for the great deals we score and not mad/upset about the ones that slip away.. or we’re unable to get because the site is super slow.. ha! 🙂

great point bo. just like this morning i tried to go to toys r us and get the arthur toy for 1.98 and they were sold out. i was disappointed that i missed out but hey you cant win them all. 99% of the time i get it in time. when i got home i had my 10 cards from cardstore waiting on me.
This really leaves a bad taste in my mouth for this company.

Yes and the Facebook site gives you another 10 free promo code, but alas not working. I think they may be having technical issues.

I called customer service. They said the problem with codes is global and please be patient. Hopefully will be up and running shortly.

Just tried it did not accept it and live chat assistant says It will not work. It is a one time use code only sent to certain people.

Right, but that is if you click on her code above. If you followed the Facebook link, or the link Collin posted, that is supposed to be YOUR unique code.

Cardstore.com ran a similar promo last week that is over, but they are now doing a 70% off all holiday cards and there is a huge selection including photo or personalized cards. Thats on top of the quantity discount you get when you order multiples.

Ugg!!! I had a code but accidentally shut the window and cannot get it back. I even made a card (when it was so slow) but couldn’t get to check out. Something happened and the window got shut down. So frustrating!!!

i got the same message and it was becaus ei had a different window open with the cards in the cart. apparently the code was applied on that page so have a look to see if you have any other windows open of that website.
