I tried to use paypal as my form of payment and it would not let me do it because the amount was $0. It took me back to billing but now it won’t let me enter my credit card information 🙁

Ok so I added something else to my cart went back in and it allowed me to click on credit card this time. Then I went and remove Item from the cart. updated total. The shipping was now showing so I made sure to that credit card was highlighted and but the code BMERRY in again. I was then able to put my credit card info in. Everything went thru. Hope this helps

I clicked on “pay by phone” and I was able to place the order.
I ended up picking call to pay order. I called and the very nice lady I spoke to was able to lift the hold on the order without actually taking my credit card info. 🙂
I clicked Pay by Phone. Then call them up with your order number. I am currently on hold with a rep but she is very sweet. They will check the order to make sure it processes correctly. Otherwise it may not come. Happy Holidays! Thanks Colin!

Just do it thru your computer with Facebook. I don’t even have a smartphone and I got it to work.

The code is not in your email. Go back to wrapp.com. It is in your “wallet.” But you should see it as soon as you log in failing that.

Yes, you have to use your mobile phone. In the app after you go to your wallet & click ‘use online’ it pops up with your promo code.
i used the pay by mail/phone option for the hooded towel (9.95) and it went through… does anyone know if i need to call them to have my order process? i tried to go through paypal but it rejected me since the order was 0.00 and i didnt want to enter my cc info needlessly.
I called and she was able to lift the hold on my order without taking my credit card info. There will be a hold on your account until you call because the order system doesn’t recognize that the order total is zero.

Ok so i ordered 2 paring knives that came to 9.96 and got the free shipping and the $10 off. FREE!!
I picked the payment option of calling/mailing. I called to make sure that even if it was a $0 balance to see if they needed anymore information. She put me on hold and told me that a credit card was NO LONGER REQUIRED even if its 0, and that another department is taking care of our requests to remove the hold so that the order gets placed.

Ok so the Wrapp.com page no longer shows any free items to send. Am I the only one seeing this? I have other people that can send me stuff but I can’t return the favor.
I couldn’t find it hours ago- even after downloading the app. I am SO frustrated. My 3 yr old was sick this entire past week (he’s starting to get better, finally!) Wasting time is one of my biggest pet peeves. Those of you who have children know how little “free time” mom’s actually get.
