  Yes, you should be able to find something like a lamp or pillow that will be cheap or free after the gift card.

   Last year I got a collage photo frame and a storage ottoman for free with the card. Check their clearance section, usually located at the back of the store.

  Yes- just walk up to customer service desk and say the phrase. I got one, no problem. They take your name/address.
