At my local Wal-Mart Hot Wheels cars are only .97 cents!
Rite is usually overpriced. At least the one near me. The only time I ever purchase general things from there is because I live very close to one and it’s convenient if I need something quickly. The Rite Aid wellness card does help with some savings though.
