They gotta have profit. And we don’d want piles of outgrown clothe sit in closet. I am about to send them bag. Even couple fresh outfits bought without paying cash is good for me. Other consignment stores charge you fee anyway.
I sold clothes to them twice and they give you nothing for your clothes. My clothes were in the standards and still only got $3.00 for a full bag. Complete rip off on that aspect.
At least you got $3. In my town’c consignment place you pay 10 dollars consignment fee for placing your items in their store and nobody guarantees you will sell stuff and will get money back…

I see the concerned comments above and just wanted to say I have sent in 7 bags since august and made $136.00. They are very picky and I would have probably made more doing local consignment but for the convenience it has been great. They also started a beta on womens clothing and are currently accepting them and will be selling them in their store once there is enough inventory.

Try logging on to your accout and checking your transaction history. It may have been a flawed freebie that was credited back to you so you may have a credit on your accout.

Ok so I wanted to let everyone know in case they had thought about doing it also. Both my husband and myself signed up for a new account-three girls so we always need clothes, well after my husband placed his order it send it to customer service to be reviewed because you are only allowed one account per household. I have never had that happen. I did not try to use two of my own personal accounts, but used mine and he used his. So be careful because you may end up getting your order cancelled if you do the same.
I had a similar situation happen when I placed my order a few days ago. I kept getting an error message over and over again when trying to check out, so I made another account with another email I have. They also flagged my order for the same reason. I emailed them but have yet to hear back. The charge for the order already went through, just waiting to hear back from them…

I just tried to order 3 items and i kept getting an error message telling me that my order could not be processed, why i’m not sure, but yet looked at my bank acct and they still charged me twice! beware! and it’s impossible to reach them by phone, i just sent them an email, i hope they fix this for me. oh well took a risk and it ended up costing me.
