I received it today, but I got a $3 UP+ Reward for my time that was activated on 3/18, but the value said $5, so I’m confused. I don’t think I qualify for the $5 because I already activated my online account. Either way, it’s $3 or $5 more than I would have otherwise.
Mine said the same thing so I guess I’ll find out if it really is $3 or $5 when I go to the store!
I got the same thing and just used it and it was for $5.
I have gotten one of these emails before and I have gotten one today. Neither time have I been able to claim it. This card is already register on the website. Has anyone figured this one out and gotten it to work?
This is my second time and all I get is a message that there are no rewards in my wallet. I haven’t been able to find the $5 coupon, much less claim it. I just emailed RA CS.
I got the email, but it’s really confusing to know if you have loaded it to your card or not even with the directions 🙁
click load 2 card and then go to rite aid rewards and select the coupon to load to your card
i clipped the coupon but where is the button to actually load it?
That’s the confusing part!! Try logging out and logging back in, and on the Wellness Dashboard page in the Load to Card box you will see $5 up savings available. I assume that means it worked??? If that’s not right, someone help please!

I got email and I already have an account. Wording said 3.00 but value said 5.00.
I did have to clip the coupon under rite aid rewards and I assume it is on my card now that I clipped it. When I logged back in it states under load2card 5 UP. The new web page actually looks great.
I wasn’t seeing mine after I followed the directions on the site, and the directions you posted after my comment…So, I logged out and logged back in like you did and now I see it! Thanks!

None whatsoever! i wonder if this offer is only for people whose +ups load directly to their Rite Aid card. I opted out of it a long time ago because I had $7 worth of +ups that wouldn’t redeem no matter what I or the cashier did.
I got it and did already opt out of UPs directly to card and opt for paper UPs, so not sure why you do not have it….sorry
I think it is just to make me load to card including ups so I didn’t do it

I got the email but opted out of load to card a while ago. If I activate this will it make me load to card? Becasue I don’t want too.
It says it expires 14 days from activation under “more” or offer terms BUT expired date on site says 5/3 for me. I wonder which day it expires?!? I rarely shop at Rite Aid anymore and I dont want to lose this.
