no its a rite aid coupon for $ amount off. walmart accepts competitor coupons that say the sale price from competitor ads.
I use my Garnier coupons from coupons.com and pair them with the Target Garnier coupons. Right now Target has Garnier for $2.99. When you buy 2 you get a FREE trial sized one.
Deal scenario:
Buy 2 Garnier for $2.99 each
Pay $5.98 for both
Use 2 of the $1/1 Target coupons
Use 2 of the $1/1 MFC coupons

I was wondering if anyone knows how you are suppose to do the p&g rebate if you can’t get the barcode off the packaging. I noticed this rebate says that you must enclose the bar codes. The last rebate I did for p&g you could just write them down. Help! 🙂
