Can you use this with the groupon deal currently out?

    • Lynne

Yes but you can’t do it online, you have to call. I got them to do it for me πŸ™‚

    • Lynne

Oh and it doesn’t work with sale flowers.

      • Jes

Nope! FTD doesn’t allow you to combine anything with a sale! I’ve had a GC that I got from Coke Rewards. You can’t combine with the sale. Well, most of their flowers start at 39.99! Not cool.

    • Wren

Just called and they would not combine.

  2. Jennifer

I’m also wondering if you can use with the groupon?

  3. Brandi

Hmmm….that was weird. I didn’t see anywhere to click on Shoprunner or put any info for Shoprunner in but it seems it did not charge me anything for shipping or service fees. And I got Sale flowers too. $29.99 for the Come Rain or Shine Bouquet.

I ordered the 29.99 tulips and I was able to do it with shop runner

  5. Keri

I was able to use the ShopRunner free shipping and the Groupon deal no problem over the phone (though I didn’t try it online first), and on a sale bouquet. Just call them–their customer service was wonderful. My total was $39.99 and my Groupon was $40 (paid $20 for it), so they didn’t even collect my credit card number. My mother-in-law will love her flowers! Thanks, Hip2Save!

      Enjoy Ashlie!

  6. Beth

So, I’ve never done shoprunner orders over the phone before. What do I tell FTD when I call to order? Is there a code I need to give them or something?

    • Keri

I just told them I was a ShopRunner member and wanted to do the free shipping in conjunction with my Groupon code. They didn’t ask for any ShopRunner verification; they just applied the discount.

      • Beth

Thank you, Keri! I am going to call in my order. Sister in law just had surgery so this is will be a great way to send flowers. I hardly ever do because they are so expensive.

  7. Dona

How long is the free delivery promo available?

  8. Corinne

I just called to confirm that I would be able to use Groupon and SR together before placing an order, they said no.

    • Hayley

This happened to me also. I had to tell them a friend did it and explain the process to them. She ended up doing it and I paid a total of $3.00 after the groupon and shoprunner. They didn’t even ask for my shoprunner information.

      • Nadia

How did you pay $3.00? What did you get and which order did you buy it? Please let me know! Thanks.

        • Hayley

I got “the light of my life” bouquet. It was 39.99. I used the $40 groupon and paid tax of $3.00. The delivery was automatically waived. I just told her I was a shoprunner member. HTH

          • Hayley

I should have mentioned I paid an additional $3, I paid $20 for the groupon and $3 for the additional amount. So $23 for the flowers to be delivered.

    • Beth

Just placed my order with them. There seems to be some inconsistencies, I guess. I placed my order, then told her I had a groupon, and that I was a shoprunner member. And, she said ok. I chose a $39.99 bouquet so I should have owed very little, but she said I owed nearly $18. What? So, she said, what is it you belong to again? She’d never heard of it, but checked their computer for a sec & said, oh I see. Shoprunner gets free shipping. So, she refigured and I ended up with a $39.99 bouquet delivered free owing just $2.58 after my $40 groupon. Sounds like things are not terribly consistent amongst their operators.

  9. Melissa

I was told on the phone that the 2 offers aren’t able to be combined, but my rep did it for me as a “one time courtesy.” Can’t beat a $20 bouquet shipped!

  10. Maysie

Not sure if this will work for someone else, but I got a $10 off gift certificate from wrapp that I’m not going to use…

    • Kim

Doesn’t seem to work. Only field available to put it in is the gift card, which requires a PIN. No promo code field is available when the shoprunner discount is already applied.

  11. Nadia

Can you use the shoprunner and the $10.00 wrapp giftcard together? What if I called and ordered? Thanks.

  12. Jeremy

I’m not trying to bring everyone down but I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this company. The flowers looked nothing like they do in the picture and they often mess orders up. If you look at customer reviews (do a google search) you will see hundreds, possibly even thousands of people talking about this problems with this company. I honestly wouldn’t give a loved one their flowers. Even if they were free. Just thought I should warn you all.

    • Jennifer

Agreed! 100% I ordered some flowers from FTD for my mom for her birthday & they looked NOTHING like the picture. It was a mess of random ugly flowers, and not arranged at all! Plus it was so overpriced. I’d used a groupon that I had bought and you can’t use it on any sale items to start and then the shipping charges were outrageous! I’m sure I would’ve been better off to call a local florist near her and order through them. The Mom & Pop shops at least care about what their arrangements look like, so I know I’d be sending out a quality arrangement!

  13. Erica M

I had to call to make my order as my Groupon code did not work online. I ordered a bouquet for $39.99 (not on sale). The sales representative tried telling me I needed a to be a gold member of FTD to get the ShopRunner free shipping. I mentioned they have a banner across the top of their website that says free shipping with ShopRunner account and makes no mention of needing to be a gold member. She put me on hold for a minute and then told me I was indeed correct. I was able to use my Groupon and get free shipping. We’ll see what the quality is like. Worth a shot! Thanks!

  14. Laura

I received an e-mail from ShopRunner this morning (before this post) advertising the free shipping offer. There was a link in the SR e-mail to “order now” at FTD. I clicked on the link and placed my order only to realize that it did charge me the shipping fee. πŸ™ I am contacting FTD and SR to see if there is any way to recoup the shipping fee. I haven’t heard back from FTD yet, but SR just responded to my e-mail stating that I should have logged in and then gone to FTD to order, so basically saying it’s my fault. Then why have an “order now” button to click on??? So I’m not very happy with SR right now because there are a lot of offers/discounts for flowers right now and I feel like I got cheated.

I had placed another order online through the SR site a few weeks ago and did not get the free shipping offered on that site either. So I have quickly lost faith in SR and don’t know if I will ever use them again. Congrats to those who got the discount and good luck to those who try.

  15. Luz

    Great!

I went to groupon bought the certificate and then call them. I had to call them twice because the first person wasn’t cooperative at all. With the second she use the groupon and look for the shoprunner and I didn’t pay anything. They didn’t ask me for my credit card.

I’m happy this is going to be my mom birthdays’ in PR. I live in Illinois and always pay a lot for send flowers to my mom.

  16. paula

I got the $15 digital coupon from the loreal promotion, would not let me use it online and was not able to use it when I called in, she said it was either free shipping or I could use the $15 coupon and pay $22 shipping, oh well.

  17. Sandy

I called and was able to use the groupon with shoprunner, took a bit of convincing, but didn’t have to pay any extra other than the groupon for a 39.99 bouquet.

  18. jen

prices have gone up since this morning, guess i should have ordered and not hesitated πŸ™

  19. Cherie

Ok I JUST did this πŸ™‚ Was able to use 2 Groupons and my shoprunner, did not even ask for shoprunner info. Was able to order two bouquets for 39.99 each, so nothing additional out of pocket besides groupon! Unfortunately my MIL won’t get hers until Monday though πŸ™ weird how my mom who is maybe 15 miles from MIL (but different zip code) will get hers Saturday? Other than being late a day, i’m pretty stoked to get both of them flowers and delivery for $40 πŸ™‚ I did have to call it in, could not do this on the website..but I did see where ebates has 30% back for anyone using the website πŸ™‚
