In most stores near the baby aisle there are stand-ups with blue booklets. They say “Get lots for a li’l bit,” with a cartoon bird. Second to last page has a coupon with NUK Disney Learner cup in bold, but it also has several other items listed, including the Gerber Fun Grips. I used a 2/1 NUK coupon last week to get a two-pack of Fun Grips for free. More free cups, yahoo!

most stores don’t allow you to stack a BOGO with a cents off coupon since most BOGO coupons are coded to attach to both items.
some targets allow it – your mileage may vary depending on your store and their policy
