Read some of the reviews. Some are saying this isn’t the actual “As Seen on TV” product but it is, in fact, a knock off. They say the straps aren’t as wide and they are supposed to be. I’m sure they would still work but be sure to read both the good and the bad reviews before deciding.

I have these and they can be useful. However, they are not ideal for moving up and down narrow stairs (which is why I purchased them). Sometimes they are difficult trying to figure out how to wrap them to get the best grip. They work best (in my opinion) on wide objects like the sofa or a dresser. Smaller objects are challenging.
wow- up from $9.99 to $19.99 in less than 30 minutes (I had a friend with Prime about to order them for me—glad he pinged me first). Obviously other people do better (Amazon is a multi-billion dollar business), but this type of thing seems to happen to me often with them….. causing me to walk before purchase…….well, we’ll give it another 4 months and see if I’m over it 🙂 Meanwhile–best o luck to everyone else 🙂
Amazon inventory and prices change because of their different suppliers or people they are buying these straps from. If one supplier decides to change their price down low the price will drop down to the lowest priced supplier. This has NOTHING to do with Amazon and everything to do with the suppliers price. They deal with multiple suppliers to have a chance to give you the best price. The price goes up to the next lowest once one sells out and so on. That is how the items sold by Amazon work.
