  I’ve gotten an email once saying I won one of these. Each time I’ve won the item has just came. The form is gone when it’s over.

  I used to get so excited when I’d get the survey cuz I thought I won but never got an email or prize. I got through with pillows electronics and shoes and nothing. But I still keep trying 🙂

    Did anyone receive their free box yet? I got in within the first minute of the giveaway so I was sure I would get one. I got an envelope in the mail today with ONE PILL of the Schiff Move Free Ultra Omega. I hope that is not it. I dont remember signing up for a sample and the address label on this one had DR OZ in the upper corner. It did come with a $5 off cpn but they are priced at 24.97 for 30 pills at Walmart. Sheesh.
