I would love this coupon but i still can’t get smartsource to print… any suggestions?
I have the same problem. Have downloaded the latest Java numerous times and sent a request for help from Java. The answer they gave had nothing to do with my problem. It says Java is not installed but it is… even verifies installation. UGH!
For awhile I could only get smartsourse coupons to print in IE. recently I have been able to print in chrome. Maybe try a new browser?
Go to your computer control panel to where it says uninstall programs. Uninstall ALL the java. The older ones remain on your computer and can mess up future installs.
Try reinstalling the most up to date version.
This worked for me, however, it may or may not work for you.
They are on sale at Safeway right now. However, I was told several times by a cashier that they don’t take internet qs anymore=(
The Safeway thing must be regional because my Safeway doesn’t have any problems with Internet coupons. If it scans they take it.
I had the same problem for a while too. I had to install two different versions to make it work. I had one already installed and I did a test on java and it told me I may require both versions.
We didn’t have any troubles with our computer until we installed Java. A computer programmer told me that Java is not safe. FYI!
You need to do a google search on how to ENABLE java, otherwise it is disabled.
I used to have to switch it on my mother’s computer all the time in order to print out coupons. HTH!!
Every other month or so I have to uninstall Java and then re-install the latest version. I’m then able to print.

You have to uninstall, clear the cookies, and reinstall.

Before printing just realize this is for the family pack size not the smaller boxes.
It says “with a suggest retail of $1.59 to $3.09”, so I assume these will work for the “normal” size boxes that are priced around the $1.59 mark. I think family pack means NOT the single serving packets they sell up near the cash registers.
I used Chrome and it worked just fine for me.

Try using Chrome – Firefox gives me grief on Smartsource but Chrome printed them just fine.
