Thanks. Got 4 for Los Angeles. Has anyone used these before and know they work?
They oversell the show by a lot of people so you have to go really early and stand in line until they open the doors. People file in nicely, there’s no rush, but once the theater is full, they don’t let anyone else in.
Can one person come and get the tickets and wait in line for everyone or does everyone in your family have to get there and wait in line with you?

Holy cow, they have them for Vegas! Awesome! It does say to arrive at the theater early because seats are not guaranteed, so they probably give out more tickets than than there are seats so that they can have a full theater.

You had the option to print it immediately after you submitted it will say “Your submission is complete” and then it said you will also get it emailed. Make sure you got the screen that said that because I got my email immediately.
I got that screen but when I push to print it, its a blank page (webpage is blank and so is the paper if I try to print it hoping it shows up), and the email never came either. Darn. Hopefully it eventually comes, but otherwise we’ll just have to see it another time.

I got the confirmation screen to print and my print came out fine with my number of tickets but i never got the email. all is good right?

We go to these often get there at LEAST an hour before showtime. We usually aim for 1 1/2 to 2 hours before hand to make sure we get seats.
Its running really slowly.
Movie w/ lots of kids, these will probably be the loudest of screenings. I’ll pass this time. Thx

The confirmation screen is sketchy. Stick with it—I finally got 4. First time, only gave me 1—I think because I kept clicking because there was no advancement to next page.
My SO wants to see this we love cartoon movies I’m so happy we get to go for free in Milwaukee.

try to look under norfolk(chesapeake, virginia beach). Got 4 tickets for chesapeake…. they are like 10 minutes from my house. So excited…hubby isn’t so happy about standing in line for 2 hours though!

I have gotten tickets to another movie premiere and got all the way to the front and they only had one spot left lol So me and my friend didn’t get in, so my advice is if you really want to get seat *arrive 1 to 1 1/2 hours early*
Yes – We have been denied entry when we got there late. Arrive 1 1/2 to 2 hours in advance to make sure you get a seat
it’s first come first served basis, most theater capacity is 200 like in my area, at the entrance a personnel will have an automatic counting device to use as soon as you enter and they will ask how many persons are watching, when they reached the limit (seating capacity) then they can no longer allow any other people. Be there 1-2 hours , someone can go there first and fall in line and just meet-up with them. Be sure to bring your printed reservation, bring ID just in case they will ask for it.

I am extremely disappointed in this. I sat there, filled it out for 2 tickets and got through all of the glitches (took over 30 minutes). It finally got to my email but they only sent me 1 ticket that says for ‘1.’ I have tried doing it again to try and get my 2nd ticket and it never goes through. Very disappointed
Try a different web browser. I have a Mac and started out with Safari, but that didn’t work. Once I switched over to Chrome I had no issues, except that it ran slow.

Wow, 4 tickets in Los Angeles! That never happens! Thank you SO much, Collin! My 5-yr-old son is super happy because of you. We forked out full-price (which we rarely ever do) to take him to Monsters University tonight. We wouldn’t have been able to take him to this one too. You are awesome! 🙂

THANKS! I got 4. The browser is slow…so give it a min and if your address bar doesn’t say “waiting for” or “loading” then refresh and start over. I had to do it about 6 times before it took.

Worked on IE for me…does anyone know how long it takes to get an email conformation?
I’m using Chrome but, when I try to select my theatre it tells me to select my city and state (which I did) and so, I’m not able to go any further?! My kids really want to see this so any ideas? Thanks
Took me forever, but I got through for four in Tampa. All these stories of 1.5-2 hour waits are insane though. I’d rather pay.
FRUSTRATING!! – I keep trying on different browsers, it lets me get through the whole thing and then when I hit ‘login’ it just sits there and doesn’t move on. I am about ready to give up on this- not worth it!

Have you received your email yet? The same thing happened to me. When I tried to print from the confirmation screen it wouldn’t let me. So annoying! I’m still hoping I’ll get the email but who knows!
