  it is a dry cloth and u add water and it turns into lather. i loved them for my kids when they were babies.

  You have to add water. These are perfect if you are going on vacation because you don’t have to bring a bottle of baby wash.

  I stopped using Johnson’s on my children as well. As a parent, I cannot imagine putting those potentially cancerous chemicals on my child’s skin.
