I just emailed Collin about this. Several weeks ago I was not in the right zipcode and could not get this sample. But today I tried it and I got it!! I live in CT!

Do you have a pop up blocker or ad blocker on? I had to turn mine off for that page to get the boxes to appear. Hope that helps!

I keep putting in the correct answer for the addition problem at the end and it keeps saying I’m wrong and won’t let me continue
Me too! The question it asks is 8+1. Last time I checked that was nine, but it keeps telling me that’s the wrong answer. I have written it out as a word and put it just as the number 9.
Me too! I tried typing in the number, the word, the word in caps, nothing works. I’ve never been good at math but………….give me a break!
Same thing happening here….they gave me 5 + 1 and it won’t take 6…I even tried every number just to see and it won’t take anything….lame!
I have had the same problem in the past, but this time it worked for me. It seems quite random.
Same here hahaha I thought my eyes are just not seeing it right because I literally just got up when I did it, I know open hip2save first thing in the morning because there might be good deals I’m missing while I’m asleep. LOL…
I opened an incognito window on my browser, went back to the site and it took my answer. Hope this helps.

I’m having a hard time claiming this sample. I go though all the steps and when it comes to summiting my request it won’t let me. it as you to answer an easy math question and when ever i put in the correct answer a box pops up saying my answer is wrong when it isn’t. I’ve tried many times today so far giving it a break for a 1/2 hr to an hr but still having the same issues.
The addition/subration problems aren’t working for me on the Garnier sample. Tells me I”m not a real person. It worked for the Lysol one though.
If it was one plus three your answer would not be four it would be 4. instead of spelling the number they would like the digit instead
Neither spelling or writing the number work for me. It seems like there’s some kind of a glitch in their system.
I have tried 7 and seven, neither work.
My answers to the addition problem for this sample are not working either. Written out or the digit. Also tried every other digit all the way up through 20 to see if someone just mis-entered it but no, just a glitch. Hopefully fixed soon.
It won’t accept my address. I’ve never had that problem before.

Soooo… did it tell you it accepted your answer to the math problem? After the third try, it just took me back to the first screen for freebies. Does that mean it was accepted? Or did it get tired of me?
Agreed, the “captcha” is not working properly on this particular sample request. I got the Lysol one by typing in the actual # not spelling it out. But for the Garnier sample I tried both ways & nothing!?
I got the Garnier sample. I am using Mozilla if that helps.
Also last time my zip code didn’t work for the Lysol sample, I tried my work zip code and it worked, so I used my work address to get the sample.
