Anyone know of any deals on the “sharpened” Ticonderoga pencils? I need a pack of 12 sharpened pencils based on DD’s school supply list.

Can’t you just sharpen them yourself and put them back in the box?
I was actually wondering that myself. The school supply list said, “1 box of sharpened Ticonderoga pencils – 12 ct.” My daughter is just starting kindergarten, so I’m not really familiar with how the school supply list works. I just know they are very specific to only buy the brands shown on the list.

I would think that the teacher just wants you to sharpen them before bringing to class, not that you have to buy pre-sharpened. This brand is supposed to take less time to sharpen also, so shouldn’t take long.
These are awesome pencils. They sell them at my Walgreen’s here in GA.
Ticonderoga pencils are on sale at Staples this week. I bought a 24 pack for $4 and a box of white Prang chalk regular price $0.97.
