Can the chewy caramels be melted to make caramel apples? I’ve never used this brand before but sure do love the hard candy!
I used them last year and they were the best caramel apples I have ever made – enjoy!!
Has Walgreens recently changed their coupon policy? On B1G1 deals, the register will not accept a second coupon. I’m not talking moneymakers, just 50 cents off like this offer. I had the same experience at the two WGs nearest me.
I just went to Walgreens, and the same thing happened to me. They accepted two coupons when I purchased 2 B1G1 Werthers (4 packages total). I’m really frustrated because I feel like every other time I go to my Walgreens, either a sale or coupon doesn’t work out the way I expected.
The same thing just happened to me. I was able to use two coupons because I bought 2 B1G1 Werthers (4 packages total). In order to return the extra packages that wouldn’t accept coupons, they were going to have to return the entire purchase and that’s frustrating because 1) my husband was behind me, rolling his eyes 2) customers were growing impatient behind me 3) I become mortified for wasting everyone’s time.
I work at a Dollar General in the Southeast, and our Werther’s Originals are always priced at $1 (we don’t sell the Sugar Free kind at ours however). If that’s the case everywhere, you’d only be paying 50¢ OOP and not having to worry about BR or Up Rewards.
dollar tree sells these
The coupon says “one coupon per person” I think you can only use one not two. Maybe that’s why?
