As most of you know, 9/16/12, was the start of the new Walgreens Balance Rewards Program! Even sweeter, on 5/5/13, they started a new point system in which you can redeem your points once you reach just 1,000 points. Please head here to read all about it.
And, as of 3/28/13, you can earn 20 points for every mile you walk. Earn up to 1,000 Balance Rewards Points per month. Simply keep track of your steps here and link your Balance Rewards number to your account. Even sweeter, you may be able to snag some additional exclusive coupons! (Thanks, Emily!)

I tried the large roll and it lasted for almost a week (2 ppl household). It’s very soft, the only downside is that it’s a bit thin but for the price it’s well worth it. Hope this helps.

Cheap batteries do not power some devices. My camera will not work unless I use Duracell and the kids XBox controllers eat these cheap batteries. We prefer Duracell or Energizer batteries.

so.. quick question. I bought 6 pantene this past week at walgreens.. and use a coupon 3 coupons $3 off one.. i try using 3 rr, since i had a total of 6 items. But the cashier wouldnt let me cause she said that the pantene coupons attached to both all six items :/ i told her about the policy and ask her nicely to try and scan them.. which she did.. but the register wont even take them.. so my question, coupons like those ones do attached to both items?
The Pantene coupon from the last P & G was for $3 off 3. So if you used 2 of those coupons, yes they would attach to all 6 items and you would need a filler if you planned on using a register reward to pay.
That is when you might by something very inexpensive, like a on sale pencil for .19cents. Since you are not using a coupon with the pencil, then you can use the $3 rr. If I am remembering right, you might want to watch some of Collin’s videos about how to shop at Walgreens. This might be covered.

Walgreens counts a $3 off 3 items as “1 item”, because the coupon counts toward all the items, not just one. I learned this the hard way, too…in line trying to pay. I try to always put a couple filler items in my cart to be prepared for my mental mix-ups at the register;?) I can always put them back where they belong if I don’t need them. Hope that is helpful for you:?)
Yes, a $3 off 3 coupon attaches to 3 items. A buy one get one free coupon attaches to 2 items. So for each register reward you redeem, always have one item in your cart that is not attached to a manufacturer coupon. Walgreen’s coupons do not count.

They are different! Garnier releases specific coupons for shampoo/conditioner and styling products (hairspray or hair gel, etc). so I would say no, shampoo/conditioner isn’t considered styling since there is usually a specific coupon released for each styling product and shampoo/conditioner. Hth!

No, I don’t think it will work unless the coupons are coded wrong. The buy 3 get 3 manufacturer’s coupon attaches to all 6 items and you can not use another manufacturer coupon on those items.

Yesterday I tried to buy six in one transaction but the register took only 2 coupons, then I told the cashier that I was going to pay 2 at a time, but then again the register was only accepting one coupon. At the end I did not buy them but I was happy with my free wet n wild products 🙂
I bought 2 bottles of shampoo. You’re right, though, the first coupon went through fine, but the cashier had to enter the second one by hand. Strange!
I learned the hard way you don’t get points if you use a giftcard..
I did that too once! I called customer service and they added the points for me since it was my first time.
I got the Kleenex cool touch and there was a .25/1 coupon on each that I got so I would keep an eye out definitely a better deal then .55/3
I just got back from Wags and got a surprise $2 RR for buying Nature Valley! Today is the last day of this Catalina deal when you buy Nature Valley granola bars, thins or soft baked oatmeal squares:
Buy 3 get $1 RR
Buy 4 get $2 RR
Buy 5 or more get $3 RR.
Note: I also bought 4 boxes of Fiber One brownies and they did NOT seem to be included in this deal. Makes the Nature Valley about $1 per box after stacking mfr q, Wags q and RR!
Thanks I ran out and got some bars and ended up with a super deal because they gave me an extra catalina for having to rering my order so I paid $4.89 for four boxes of Nature Valley and got back $4 in RR!!
I just wanted to mention, when I went to print the Kotex coupons there was a $1.50 off coupon for the 12 pack of cottonelle, making that deal even more amazing and I was able to print 4 coupons, I know you said it”s only thru tonite but I thought it was worth a mention.
If you have a Ralphs store near you, you may want to try and buy 5 in one transaction, do not know why but it is printing 2 $3 Catalinas today. I bought 10 ( they are part of the mega sale), did two transactions and got 2 Catalinas each time. Good luck if anyone tries 🙂

I went to walgreens today to buy dr pepper but the employee told me that it wasn’t included un the 88¢ sale.He said that only south east drinks are on sale for 88¢ and dr pepper is a pepsi product.Thanks by the way for early matchups :pp
I had a disappointing Walgreens trip in Southern California. No RR from the
Planters Nutrition Energy Mix (it wasn’t in our ad, but I tried anyway). And I
found 2 Chap Stick tubes on clearance for 50 cents each, and figured I could
get them for free with my $1/2 coupon (I’m getting my Operation Christmas Child
shoeboxes ready, and am always excited to get a freebie). But the coupon
wouldn’t scan, and the checker insisted that it’s because the items were on
clearance. She said someone else came in trying to do the same thing
with a stack of Chap Stick coupons, and the manager said she couldn’t
use them. It was 100 degrees, and I didn’t have the energy to speak to
the manager myself, so I just paid for the items, and will use the coupon
somewhere else. I know there’s an issue if the coupon exceeds the value
of the items purchased, but this wasn’t the case. Is there a new Walgreens
policy that I’m not aware of?
Went to Wag’s around 9pm, no RR for Cottenelle and no RR for Loreal Shampoo/Conditioner. I was bummed 🙁
I did not recieve the RR for the Loreal deal either. I was going to question it but I did not see it in the flyer either. 🙁

Got the WG brand TP, and it reminds me of the Scott brand, not tops, but not bad, and for $1.99, I can’t (and won’t) complain. I also got the skippy PB and have to say THANKS Collin !!!
What can we use the Register Rewards coupon on? For example say I’m doing a transaction and I’m using regular coupons can I use the Resister Reward coupon on any item I might not have a coupon for? HELP

I received the RR for loreal in St Louis mo. I bought 3 shampoos – total repair.
I bought three L’oreal Total Repair in Kentucky on Monday and I received the catalina.
At a Brooklyn NY Walgreens: Bought 2 Garnier shampoo, but only the first coupon scanned. The second one beeped (like others were saying). Called up Corporate and they said they were sorry and would look into it. Also, note that the 88 cent soda is not available in the Brooklyn store (apparently there are different ads for different parts of the country). And the Loreal shampoo comes up at the full $4.99 price, since the $3.99 sale price is only in certain parts of the country.
