To enter to win this fantastic prize, here’s what you need to do…
If you haven’t already, grab your iPhone, iPad and/or iPod Touch and click here to download the FREE Hip2Save iTunes app. Once it has downloaded, click on the “More” tab and then click Enter Contest. Submit your name and email address and click the Enter button. You will then be entered to win one of two Apple 32GB iPad Minis! This special contest will close this Saturday, October 5th, at 11:59PM EST and you can only enter once per person and per device.
* Note for existing App users: This special contest has been open for entries since Sunday, September 29th. If you have already filled out the Enter Contest info since Sunday, you do not need to enter again as you are already entered to win.
* Note for Android users: We have NOT forgotten about you! We are actively working on the Hip2Save Android App. It should be available within the next few months.

The link isn’t working to download the app. I searched for it in the app store on my phone, found it and clicked to install but it doesn’t do anything… help!

That’s ok! I’m still not able to download the app from the app store. I click on “free”, then “install” and then it goes back to “free”.
How weird – what device are you using?
The iPhone 4… I also tried downloading the app from iTunes on my computer and I get an error message saying, “An unknown error accured (-50).”
Unfortunately, I think this is an issue with iTunes and not specifically with the Hip2Save app. Can you try re-starting your phone and let me know if you are then able to successfully download. Thanks!

I had the same problem earlier and finally went into my iTunes app, logged out and then logged back in. There must be some glitch since the recent ‘upgrades’. There was a new user agreement I had to approve and it guess that was the holdup. Hope this helps someone after I spent about 45 min trying to remedy!

Having trouble downloading the app on my iPhone. After clicking Install, it goes right back to Free without ever downloading.
Sunday is my birthday, this would be the perfect gift!
Ugh, I could so use a new one too, I’m still sporting the original iPad first gen which runs your app but sadly I’m unable to update to the latest iOS 7 and I’m stuck with iOS 5.1.1 (soooooo old school lol). Luckily, your app works on it and I’m able to enter this contest. But I’m still not able to get the Hot Deals Alerts to work without it closing the app, I’m starting to think that has more to do with my iPad than your awesome app.
