      Me too! That’s what makes NO sense. Lots of people are getting them while others are having their orders cancelled. Walmart should either cancel ALL orders or honor them. If it wasn’t in stock, then I shouldn’t have been allowed to place my order. Not happy! Hopefully everyone who had their order cancelled will contact Walmart and let them know this wasn’t right.

        Me too, I just got the cancel email- It was supposed to be ready at 130- I called at 130 to see if it was ready and they said no, called back to customer service to see if they had them in stock and she said they had 5… Seems more like they didn’t want to sell anymore at that price.

          The last 3 things I have ordered from ship to store with Walmart have been canceled “cancel the items listed below because they were not available in your selected store when we were preparing your order for pickup.”! Very annoying! I agree that they most likely don’t want to see the items at that price anymore. One of the items was then available 2 days later at a higher price! Very poor business practices and customer service!

    After being beyond excited about ordering mine this morning and anxiously awaiting the email to go pick it up at my local Walmart, I just received an email that they canceled my order because my Walmart that had it this morning when they charged my credit card no longer has it! I know that Walmart is refunding my money, but that is sooooo frustrating! Way to ruin my day, Walmart 🙁

      I made a call to corp to confirm that my order would not be canceled. She said everything went through perfectly and she make a “ticket” and sent it to the store for reassurance that they do not cancel my order.

    Ordered mine early, e-mailed hip2save. 4 hours later mine was canceled. The shelf is full in my Walmart, but they canceled my order and now it’s $139 online. I think they just didn’t want to sell it for that price.

They say there is nothing they can do. they will not honor that price even though I had an order confirmation number. they will not give me a raincheck for that price or anything. They said it was a major glitch and nobody was supposed to have gotten them for that price. funny people who ordered them after me got them for that price!

    I was able to order 2 in orange this morning in western PA. It took about 6 hours to get the confirmation to pick them up. No problems. Picked up as usual.

    I went to pick mine up around 2pm after placing my order at 3am, and they had the remaining 3 boxes hidden behind the counter and subtracted out of this system so that no one else could get them for that price and it would just show out of stock

    I am not going to stop fighting this. Walmart needs to make this right. They either needed to cancel everyone’s orders or honor the price. I received an e-mail this morning stating they would give me $10 off any $50 or more purchase. How is this making it right? I urge each one of you to keep calling, e-mailing, etc. Walmart until something is done. Yes, companies make mistakes with pricing, but it’s how they handle them that counts. This is unacceptable. Yes, you win some you lose some, but this wasn’t fair across the board.

      I absolutely agree. I ordered at 6:42 in the morning and was sent the email to wait for the pickup email. I then received a cancelled because out of stock email at 1:02pm. I marched my happy butt to the store and saw 4 sets sitting on the shelf. I picked one up and took it to customer service and proceeded to ask why they would lie to me. They blamed everything on Walmart.com and I spoke to three different managers, all who were very rude to me. I was told NO and they didn’t know a thing about it. I then came home and called the 800 number listed at the bottom of my cancellation email. The first guy had no idea what was going on and was transferring me and the call got dropped. I called back again and started explaining myself once again and the customer service guy interrupted me and ask if this was about the rachael ray cookware set…and I say yes. He then told me that the price was posted in error and he was very sorry but walmart was not gonna honor it. I then told him that they should not of lied and told me they were out of stock but that they should have owned up to their mistake and then…. honored it anyway. I work in retail myself..and we honor all the time. So I will not be stopping until they make this right. After reading all of these comments it seems to me that it was up to the individual walmart store and whether they wanted to cancel it or not. The customer service rep did tell me that it how it works. So I guess some of us are out of luck 🙁

          My order was initially confirmed too I just email them again this morning I wanted to tell them Im going to contact my local news channel and newspaper and see what the community thinks about Walmart lying to there customers and saying they where out of stock and canceling orders when it wasn’t but I chickened out.lol For some reason Im really mad I could see if your order didn’t go through but it did and then they lied.
