   Darn Smart Source coupons – it always says I don’t have Java installed but when I go to install it, it says it’s already on my system. Reinstalled it and went back in and still got the same message…oh well, no egg coupons for me!

  close totally out of your system.. then reboot and try that way.. I have 5 computers here ( bf is comp tech)… and I had to reinstall java on 3 out of the 5.. smart source sucks that way

  Try a different browser. I usually use Safari but had to use FireFox for this one.

   FYI to others having issues printing. I had to turn the Windows Firewall off in order to get the coupon to print.
