Question about using previously earned +UP rewards. Lets say I have a $2 and a $3 +Up reward loaded onto my card. If I am making a $2 purchase, will it use just one? Or, will it try to take off both and require me to make a larger purchase? I am trying to find a way to minimze out of pocket spending by just rolling the +UP rewards.
Yes, it would take off just the $2 +Up reward and you can use the $3 another time.
If you are organized with your coupons and won’t lose them, I recommend asking to have the +ups printed. I had them loaded on my card until I had a problem and my +Ups disappeared. (I did a price check and went to shop some more. The cashier didn’t clear out my card in the register and the +Ups applied to someone else’s purchase). I like making them roll, too, so I like having more control over when and how I use them. Sometimes there is a good deal that doesn’t generate +ups so I like that they don’t just automatically come off. Just my way of doing things…it is not right for everyone. 🙂
So the store can print my rewards like at CVS so I am not obligated to use them on my next purchase and can save them and use when I want???

yes, besides if you don’t have them printed, the register will “eat up” your up reward before you apply any of your coupons.
Not true at all. at first the register will deduct all your loaded ups, but as you use manuf cpns, the register will readjust. if you have a smartphone, i suggest to download the rite aid app and you can access your load 2 card in store and untick ups if a scenario you have planned doesnt work out. I like the L2C option and havent had any problems. but its not for everyone.
Also, there were $1/1 Reach manual toothbrush printable coupon a while back, making them FREE. Check your binders!

For the pumpkin snickers candy bars, can’t you use the buy 2 get one free snickers coupon? I would think so because it’s still a snickers bar but just a Halloween themed one.

Hey Collin! Just noticed on the Kit Kat/Reeses candy deal you posted, it says to use the $1.50/3 Mars candy coupon in 9/15 coupons. It would actually be the $1.50/3 Hersheys coupon in the 9/29 SS instead, as Kit Kat and Reeses are Hersheys, not Mars. 🙂 Thanks for all you do–I sure love the printable shopping list feature!

hi, I noticed that the vaseline lotion that is on sale is just 10oz and the 1.50 MQ and $1 vv is for 20oz or larger. That means we can’t use the coupons for the one on sale is that right? I’m confused.
I have had nothing but problems shopping at Rite Aid in Colorado. Had a problem with +Up rewards and the manager couldn’t or wouldn’t help me and said to contact customer service. I contacted them via email and received NO response (auto-reply or otherwise) and after a week went onto their “Chat” to find out what was going on. Thought problem was at least on the way to being resolved, but, again, no response from Rite Aid. After another week of waiting, contacted them again. After way too much trouble, got the issue resolved, but they would have to mail the +Up rewards to me. Another week later, I got the rewards. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! After I spend the rewards, I will not be shopping at Rite Aid again…good deals or not!!!! NOT WORTH ALL THE TROUBLE!! I’ll continue to shop at customer friendly stores to spend my hard-earned money!!
Their email and chat are terrible. I suggest calling them. I did when I had a problem with my UPs, the person spoke English, understood my problem, and fixed it within a few minutes.

The Sparkling water Buy 3 get $1 plus up was not available in Ohio. In addition, I bought 2-$25 Chili’s gift cards and did not get the $12 UP. Manager said she could not help. Called customer service and they are supposedly mailing it to me…
I normally don’t shop there much at Rite Aid because I would like to roll my rewards onto the next transaction and not have to wait till the next day…but I think there are a lot of awesome freebies this week at Rite Aid.
