LaToya I was the same way until I was in store the other day & an assoc told me “you know you have reward money right”? I said uh no, how do I access it? FYI – You can either print it and use it in store or apply it to an online purchase. Also, some points will expire 12/31 so CHECK your accounts! I saw that in the FAQ section.

I was just in the store yesterday, and their prices in the store are lower than online–like $12 for jeans vs $14 online. Even larger discrepancies on other items. If you received the 20% off coupon to use in the store, it’s a better to just go in rather than do the online deal–even with the 25% off.
Yes Steph that happens often in my stores as well. Per the store, they sometimes have items that aren’t moving so they are allowed to lower the prices. This is very common with seasonal type items (gloves, shorts, coats, boots, etc). It stinks but sometimes I love it!
