This is my first year doing swagbucks.. where do you put the amount u earn for taxes? Do they give you a form or do you just claim as income??
I think it depends on how much you’ve earned. This is my first year doing it but I’m already at about $850 so I know I have to claim it. I think I read they send out W-2 over $600. Not sure though.

Amy, SBs doesn’t send you any type of form. I looked on their site and don’t see anything, but I did search “swagbucks and taxes” (I got 9 SBs for the search) and there is info there that might help you. HTH! 😉
Thanks, i just keep reading so many things. Some say they get a form, others don’t. Then I read you only have to submit if you got more than $600 in swagbucks, then others say they don’t claim no matter how much they earn because it is gift cards.

I’m not an accountant so I can’t advise on that. Actually, I don’t think contacting SB will be of much help. Why not either call IRS or go to their website to see what it says there?
I’ve never gotten a form from SB! And I did hear about the $600 thing. Don’t listen to anyone! Just try contacting IRS directly, they will be the ones who can lead you in the right direction. GL!
