Thanks for pointing that out. I got the flyer in the mail yesterday and saw the $10/25 offer on the front and didn’t bother to open it as I tossed it right into the recycle bin! Dug it out and yep, there was a $10/10 inside!!
I’m glad I’m not the only one that would consider digging in the garbage for a coupon. That’s like throwing $10 away.

Does anyone know if JCP will be doing the little Christmas buttons/pins again this year? They have a code on the back you enter online for coupons? They saved me a ton last year on gifts!

I highly doubt it. That marketing person was probably fired there was so much stuff given away! But I wish, that was fun! 🙂
Last year, they gave away more than $159 million in prizes in this carefully planned and executed promotion. I don’t believe the promotion contributed to the Q4 demise in sales, but instead helped JCPenney recover from its failure. I totally agree. I had not shopped in JCP for over a year until they started the button promotion. Now I shop there all the time. I think they got back a lot of their old customers.
They are going back to the limited edition ornaments. Apparently some large group of people were up in arms about them not doing it! The group got pretty vocal about it on social media so JCP promised to being them back and even offer an ornament for 2012 so there wouldn’t be an interruption in their collection! Lol!!

Glad I saw this because almost threw it away. The front of mine said $10/$25 on the bottom but when I opened it up it had both $10/$10 AND $10/$25!
i use to get the jcp ones, but havent gotten them for a few yrs now and i have been at this address for 8 yrs. i get the kohls one all the time.
I am currently at my inlaws house and I saw this in their trash. I so wanted to pull it out, but I would have been super embarrassed. LOL.
I would totally find an excuse to pull that out! If it were my mother in-law I’d just say “You threw away a coupon!” She would dig it out herself!

I don’t have a card, signed up on all their lists and Never get stuff in the mail from them. My mother on the other hand is Not signed up on their lists, but Does have a credit card through them and she does get all the coupons in the mail!
Before Christmas I get them from Macy’s, JcPenney’s and Kohl’s. Watch and open ALL the mail they send you.

I was at the mall last night in CT and used my JCPenney $10 off $25. It had expired on Sunday, Nov. 3rd, but they said that they accept coupons 1 week after expiration date. Sweet!!! Check with your JCPenney before discarding old coupons!
I was able to use mine online today…but they are charging for store pick-up at my location.

I don’t understand, my mom and mother in law both always get the $10/$10 to jcp and kohls both of which never shop there and always give me their coupons, I got just the $10/$25 like some, not sure why they would pick and choose who gets what. I shop at both stores all the time and never get anything from kohls, I’m happy to take my mom and mil’s coupons everytime so not complaining just confused lol
