I think they changed the sleepover code. Went back to get one for another friend and now message saying it isn’t applied call i-800……..

Careful, they took the offer down for me so that I couldn’t receive the codes with the slipper socks, just sleepwear. Charged me over $20 dollars, so I called and canceled the order. This happened this morning, November 5th @ 9am pacific.
Did it say your order was something different when you hit submit order? That happened to me and the lady said it only charged the 10 dollars to my account. Even though I got an email saying it was 23 dollars.
I hope they don’t charge you according to the email confirmation. I have seen people get codes removed and charged more even after email confirmation.
I ordered 2 socks separately and it said my total was 10.59 then got an email saying my total was 23 dollars… I called and they said to disregard the email and its only charging 10.59. I will just have to make sure I watch that on my credit card statement! Weird why it would email a different total..

I used a $10 promo code last week to order clearance items – my total was $11.87 – $10 off any order code + shipping and tax = $8.67. I received my order yesterday and it had a rewards card in it. It’s $10 before coupons!

check your emails ladies I was charged for the samples had to call them to have the charge removed. Which they did

i just checked my email receipt and they took off all 3 of my offer codes and were charging me full price so I am on the phone with them now. I may be canceling this entire order.
The same thing happened to me but I was told to disregard the email and I was only charged 10 dollars.. I’m going to be looking at my statement to make sure or ill be returning it.

No good for me. I used the codes, placed the order and the totals were correct – $10.85. I printed out my order confirmation and it was correct. Then the email came and the price was incorrect. They added shipping. I called they said when it “processes” you have to have pajamas added and the socks didn’t quality. They wouldn’t honor the original order price, so I cancelled the order.

I tried ordering the slipper sox and entered the free shipping code and I got a message that I didn’t order a qualifying item. Went on their “chat” and the person had to check and she insisted that the offer says “only on pajamas”. I checked their website and the offer says “free shipping with qualified purchase but doesn’t say what items are “qualifying” sleepwear items. Bummer!
If my confirmation email shows the correct price ($0 after free shipping and $10 rebate code), will they still charge my card shipping? I haven’t yet received an e-mail stating otherwise.
I’m wondering the same thing. Both my confirmation email and Victoria secret account show my order with free shipping and $10 off code. I’m worried they will change it and charge me with no notice so I can’t cancel. :/ fingers crossed!

No, you really have to wait until the 5th to find out the value.
Last year I did the 7 for $26 cotton panties and several pair were shipped on back order so I ended up getting like 5 Secret Reward cards and one was for $50. Might try it again this year and see what happens.
I got some slippers for $25, less a $10 promo code email, free shipping, and I’ll get $10 back minimum in a reward card… So basically $5 spent for cute slippers 😉

If you have the Wrapp app, they have a coupon for $10 off $30 for an in store purchase. My sister asked for bras for Christmas and I was able to combine the clearance price of $15.99/each with the coupon on Wrapp for an awesome deal! The tag wasn’t marked on sale, it was a pleasant surprise!

Yes they did email me back. They are emailing me a rewards card code to use online or I can print it out to use in the store.

Did your invoice show anything about the card on it? Mine didn’t even show it on there. I still have not received a reply (other than an automated one to say someone will get back to me), so not sure what happened. I didn’t have any small booklet.
