    Just got back from Wal-Mart and my order was cancelled. The receipt says the item was flagged for refund by Wal-Mart.com

    What did you order? Curious because I got a order confirmation for 3 power wheels (29.97 each!) that said they will arrive to store by Tuesday!

      I also received confirmation for the power wheels. I ordered mine early this morning before things even went viral. I had received notification via poach.com, because we had the john Deere power wheels flagged with poach.com for price drops and sales. I was so excited as I did not know that we could actually afford to buy such a pricey toy. I am sick to my stomach now, because I just received an email from Walmart canceling my order. I understand it was a glitch, but I guess I feel they should honor the purchased at price.

        Hi Lisa, what is poach.com? I tried to look at the site but it doesn’t seem correct. Some things appear to be in Arabic?

          Sorry Debra, it is poachit.com. I really like it. If you are looking for a specific item, it allows you to flag it on multiple retail websites and then they send you an email as soon as the price drops. It is a great tool, especially this time of year for holiday gifts or if you are looking for somethin for yourself 😉 HTH

    I was able to get 9 lego sets for a total of $93.20 – just picked them up in store. They would have been $399.96 based on Amazon’s current prices!!!

      I did not however when my daughter in law went to pick up the batcave a lady in front of her SUCCESSFULLY picked one up. So there is hope!

    I just got confirmation emails on 2 drum sets and the 8 person coleman tent. The email was sent at 12:15 pm. I would hope that means that they are honoring those prices since the confirmation email was sent out way past other people’s cancellation emails were sent. *fingers crossed* I know a little boy who would really love that red drum set!

    I placed several orders earlier and already picked up the spacesaver high chair, 2 Imaginext toys (dragon and ogre), and Disney Infinity for the PS3. I hope the others go through, especially the Hot Wheels I ordered, but I am happy with what I got for just a little over $40! Thank you so much!

    I got an email to pick up my order, then 3 minutes later got an email saying the amount was credited back to my account. Anybody else have this come up and if so,when you went to pick up did they have it?

    Picked up half my order at the store today. Went 10 minutes after getting text confirmation. Power wheels are not in stock at my store. E-mail confirmation says Monday so lets hope it doesn’t get cancelled.

      Holding out hope for you Amber, but I placed a store-pick up (which I could not pick up until next week) and a ship to my door order for the same item (which was to arrive this Friday, 11/8). Both orders were cancelled. Never was a big fan of Walmart……

    I have received a email confirmation for both of my orders. I ordered the space saver high chair first. It was sold out online so I did a pick up in store option. I have received my email saying that it is ready for pickup in store, so as far as I know, it hasn’t cancelled. I refreshed my screen on hip2save and saw more insane prices on walmart.com. So I then ordered a coleman tent(husband is so excited!) and just dance 2014. I am having them shipped to my door. I received an email confirmation from that order also. So, we will see what happens when I go to pick up my high chair this evening.

    Glad y’all have the time to worry with this..! I tried getting it to work on my phone while I was at work and I couldn’t get it and I sure don’t have time to go argue with them to try to pick it up. But..if you have all day on your hands

      Some of us are just trying to maximize what we are able to do for Christmas. I don’t have a lot to spend but want to be able to give nice things to my nieces and nephews so these kinds of posts are essential to some of us. It is worth a shot. We aren’t trying to abuse anything, just honest people trying to save a little money.

      We are not the ones who changed prices on walmart.com. It was a problem on their end and none of us are trying to be dishonest. We are just trying to stretch our dollar. You may want to think before you put nasty comments out there. We get on hip2save.com to interact with nice people not nasty ones. HAPPY HOLIDAYS to you grinch!!!!

        So even if it was an “honest” mistake you are going to get all upset over them not honoring it? I thought you were being “honest people”? If it was ANY other company it wouldn’t be a big deal, but because it’s walmart everyone thinks it’s ok? What about the “honest” people that work there that are getting ripped apart by upset people because corporate is not honoring an HONEST MISTAKE??? Just trying to make a point from the other side =)

    I placed my order at 7:30am for the imaginext batcave for $7.xx 🙂 I added my mom to the pickup list and she was able to pick it up around 1pm for me, since I’m working. 🙂 don’t forget to add others if u can’t go.

    I don’t understand how people are getting their stuff today. I know that there is ship to store for free but I got my confirmations and they said that pick up will be availabe Nov. 14. How does anyone do this same day?

      Some items are available in store therefore they pull it from the store stock and let you pick it up same day. They have been trying to offer more items for same day pick up but may decide against that after this debacle.

      There was an option to pick it up in store, if the store already had it on hand. The store you selected when you ordered gets an order from walmart.com to pull it and who you want to pick it up. When they have it ready, you get an email. You give the employee at the site-to-store pickup your order #, you items are pulled from the back and she prints you a reciept. You take your item(s) and walk out!

    Picked up my 2 high chairs at lunch, but overheard employee telling layaway guy not to honor price glitches. Either the layaway guy who helped me didnt care or didnt notice.

    Picked up space saver high chair and graco tablefit high chair no problems! Showed my id, they pulled up the two separate orders on the register, and the lady brought out both without a glitch, signed the pick up slips that clearly printed $7 for each, no hesitation from employees. Got confirmation emails for other items (mix of delivery to home and store pickup) so we’ll see.

    I placed 2 orders just a few minutes apart this morning for different items. All for store pick up. 1 order was cancelled several hours later with an email saying, “they did not have the item available in store.” I was at the store and they had plenty on the shelf. Clearly they just didn’t want to honor the price. On a happier note, I was able to pick up my order for a bat cave and high chair with no problems.

    Soooo…. Do you think if the order isn’t canceled by now it’s good to go?! I placed 2 orders for store pick-up and one was canceled (batcave) but I have confirmation that 2 highchairs are waiting for me (my best friend is pregnant with twins!). I also placed two more orders that are being shipped to the store – one for a powerwheel and the other for misc items. Those still say processing. FX for shipping confirmation soon!!

    For those of you who are getting emails saying your orders were canceled.. Did you opt for in store pick up the same day or site to store that would take a few days to arrive? I placed a few orders this morning and they are all still processing. Of course, I suspect they will be canceled.. But wish they would hurry and let us all know so that the funds being held on all of our credit cards are released so we can shop elsewhere.

      Go to walmart.com and track your orders, you will probably see they are now canceled. I never got an email, I just found they were canceled by checking walmart site.

    On Wednesday night, the company said that the problem was resolved and that the problematic orders would be canceled. Buyers will be refunded and given a $10 gift card.

      I received the same email but it didn’t tell me which item was canceled of the 3 items I purchased, batman cave (Picked up already), drum set and mega bloks set. I checked my acct and the 2 remaining items are still processing. They are probably playing catch up.

    Just also got an email stating my orders have been cancelled.. which is what we all suspected. Blah.. hate my funds being tied up, but thankful they are offering a $10 egift card nonetheless. Even giving a $10 egift card puts them out a lot of money I’m sure.. but still would have been nice if they would have offered something along the lines of.. any item that original price was $50 or less they will still honor the glitch price. Oh well.

    what I don’t understand is how walmart decides who to honor and who to cancel. either honor all or cancel all. for some to get their items, seems unfair, especially for those that thought it was just a clearance roll back

      I agree. Although I figured it would be canceled, I think it’s crap that they honored some and canceled some. I wouldn’t care so much, but a company that will honor welfare fraud, but not honor pricing errors rubs me the wrong way.
