I got the code right away. I tried to add it to my existing balance but keeps asking for a 8-digit code. The pin code that Huggies sent me has letters and a number. Starbucks.com is not accepting it. Does anyone have the same problem? Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

I have tried at least ten numbers. Copied and pasted. Also tried typing it out…still not working for me. Help please!!!

yeah forgot my password and for the past 21 min tried to set up a new one. Something must be wrong with their site…
Their site is a mess. Make sure you have at least 1 uppercase, 1 lower case, number and special character. I used a ? and finally got a new acceptable password. You have to have at least one of all their required elements. Easier to get into my bank account than my diaper account. lol hth
It took me about 45 minutes to set up my new password. Only to find out I’m about 75 points shy of the card. Oh well, maybe next time 🙂
I am trying to use up my 150 points and I agree this sight is super slow, and a mess and I just want to be done with this sight. My youngest is 6 so no more rewards anyhow and if I did have rewards I would forget my new password and then 10 hours later have a gift card maybe! Trying to enter sweepstakes with final points and then be done.

I think Starbucks starts the BOGO from 2-5pm.today.
Hmmm. That was confusing. I finally realized that they want you to paste the pin number into the secret code spot after you follow the link. Why not provide the card number and pin in the first place?

The virtual card had the same number that had been given at the beginning but the eight digit code is numeric only. This is the code you use, not the number/letter code that was given at the first step to redeem your gift card. Hope this helps.
