I put “other” on every detail needed for industry/job/employer info. I selected 1-4 employees in my industry. I was able to obtain the offer this way—hope this helps someone else out!
Make sure you realize that when you put in your cc info to order the all you magazine for $2, it will automatically charge you a year from now at the regular price. It states they will send you a renewal notice and if you do not respond, they will automatically charge the cc.
Dint work for me..it gave me an option of updte account and this is not me.

I filled out everything ,then I seen a section for cc ,so I went back and deleted my address and name ! and I just got a email confirming the Hoes &Garden magazine .I don’t like that at all they can make me responsible for payment ,and when I tried to respond I don’t have outlook express !!!what ever any suggestions ??
