I’m so annoyed with Victoria’s Secret. I ordered the socks to get the secret rewards card. The card was not in the box when I received the package. 8 days and two phone calls to customer service later, still no rewards card. On each call they’ve promised to email me a rewards card within 3-5 days. Nothing has been emailed yet. I would never have spent $10 on a pair of socks.
The same thing happened to me but she was really nice and emailed the rewards card the next day. She also credited me the shipping since they added that on later.
Bought the socks also and didn’t receive rewards card either; contacted customer service and 2 days later she emailed me the rewards card.
My package just came in the mail. I ordered the bra top, free panties and 3 free perfume samples. They sent me the bra top, free panties, only 1 perfume sample and an extra pair of free panties that I didn’t order. Oh and I got my 2 rewards cards. I can’t tell if I should be upset or not. I mean I did score a free pair of panties and I didn’t exactly pay for the perfume samples I didn’t end up getting.
I think I’d be okay with an extra free pair of panties lol.

Let’s say you learn at the register that you have a $20 card, but only selected $10 worth of merchandise thinking there was no way you scored a high earning rewards card…do they typically let you grab more or do you forfeit the rest of the money on the card?
Ask them to tell you the amount on your card before you start shopping so you can know before you make your purchase.
You can use it to get more items or you can save it on the card. It’s essentially a gift card…you just have to use it within the time period it states. Save yourself some trouble though – on dec. 5th go to the VS website and add some items to your cart then put in your rewards card number. It’ll show the amount on the card =) HTH

Just remember they are only good December 5th – December 20th. So the value have to be used up by December 20th.
Can the reward cards be stacked or only one per purchase when you use them?

That happened to me last year. Just give them a call and they should email you a card.
Does anyone know if you can use both cards in the same transaction?
Once we know the value? No, it is only one per transaction. i.e., you can’t buy a $50 item and use 5 $10 rewards cards to pay for it.
@Ashley57 – hi there – last season, my store let me use “ALL OF MY REWARDS” in one transaction! I was super lucky — so your “mileage may vary”!
The Secret Rewards cards have to be used on separate transactions. Only one card is allowed per transaction.
My store let me use all mine in one transaction also but you have to have one item per card(6 cards-6 items) but then I stopped in another store and they allowed only one per transaction.Guess it depends on your store.

I got my box today after getting an email telling me that the bra I ordered was discontinued. There was only 1 reward card in the box along with the free panties and 3 perfume samples. I called and they took off the $5.99 shipping so I ended up with everything free of charge! I will take it!

What is the best way to use $10 cards in December? I wouldn’t want to spend much over that. It would buy 1 full price panty. What else to keep it a bargain?
They have the cheaper items near the registers. They include hand creams, mini body mists, nail polish, makeup bags and stuff like that!! The hand creams and nail polish is what im going to go for! The mists are nice too but i cant rver smell them after a half hour. That’s pretty much the only things around 10 dollars in the entire stores.
I usually find body washes that are $10, and lotions for $12.
My store told me last year that they could accept up to 2 cards per transaction….anyone else have this experience?

No, just two – one for purchasing more than $10 worth of merchandise, and another for using the EXTRASECRET code.

Last year I ordered several pairs of underwear and some slipper socks for this deal. They ended up shipping them in 6 different shipments (why? I have no idea). Each package had a Rewards card in it!
