I really don’t shop there any more but wanted to do the purex deal last week, so I printed my coupons but when I tried to use them they called the manager and he told me that “walgreens would no longer accept printed coupons with the verify logo”… I don’t know if this is true or not but would like to know if somebody else had the same trouble with printed coupons.
That doesn’t sound right to me, B.B. The manager must have gotten it confused with the issue with the SmartSource logo.
Just left my Walgreens and wanted to let you know that the Wexford deal is even better than the ad states! They are on sale for .99, but since Wexford is a Duck brand, are also ringing up BOGO free. I really needed packing tape for my Etsy sales, so I’m super pumped about that price!
My local CVS would not let me use the $1 off 2 coupon on the individual Mars holiday candy on sale for 2/$1. They said the bags of candy were shown on the coupon. I said the coupon had no size restrictions printed on it, but the manager said I could not use the coupon because the picture on it was of bags of candy. I’m hoping Walgreens will accept the coupons during their sale, but probably not. They are usually much more strict about coupons that the CVS store here.
