It should be a visa prepaid card that’s branded with the Kohl’s Logo, but you can use it anywhere. Just be careful when you use it to tell people how much it has on it. If it has $10 on it and you give it to a cashier for $11 and she rings it through, it’ll say it was declined. She has to ring it through for $10 and then you give a 2nd payment method for the other $1.

I would buy them now, if it’s something you’re going to anyway. If the price drops or there’s a better code later then just re-order and return the other ones.

I am liking the visa debit card rebate thing. I had stopped doing rebates. I had no problem getting them turned in but when the check came, I would give to my hubs to cash. The last two I did turned out to be not so good a deal. I found parts of one check in the washer and the other about 6 mo after expiration date in my hubs work coat pocket 🙁

Will I still be eligible for the rebate is I use Kohls cash and Kohl’s reward as payment? The rebate form says that it is not elibible with any other promotions. I am not sure if these forms of payment are considered ” other promotions”. Thanks

Just a little FYI your Kohls cash never expires!! I have used it several months past exp. date!! It does not even beep when they scan it!! I use to hate going back just for my $10 KC, so I started saving it up to $40-$50 then going to store!! BUT I am not sure if this works online too b/c I have never tried it online!! HTH
Expired KC did not work for me online. I emailed customer service and they took it off for me.
I work at Kohl’s and it does expire. Atleast at my store it comes up on the screen that it is expired. But we can still check the balance on it and manually enter the discount it. This may not be true for all locations though 🙂 And yes customer service online will accept expired kohl’s cash too.
No they won’t I just tried last night and even called and they said they do not accept it.
Expired Kohls cash does not work online. But you can call up customer service and place an other with expired Kohls cash.I did it last time waited for 30% off coupon and place order for aroma cooker.Way cheaper than costco!

All of the rebates require the original receipt so I guess you have to split up transactions based on which rebate form they apply to?
When ordering online, why can’t you just print multpile original receipts? I mean, printing once vs twice? They sent it to your e-mail.

Lodge Dutch ovens on amazon can run abt 40-50 dollars and are much better quality, shipped to door. I fm did a lot of research and bought two sizes. Figure our how hot the handles can get in the oven and if the rims are raw or sealed cast iron…raw will rust

I got 5 of the food storage sets (Limit 5 rebates) After the 15% coupon the total before taxes was $106, $112 after taxes. I got back $30 in Kohls Cash, will get back 5 $15 rebates ($75) and 11% from combined Ebates (6%) and Chase Freedom (5%) so another $11. So a total of $116 back!! So a $4 MM and super easy for rebate purposes since all 5 are on the same receipt! Thank you Collin!!

Did anyone else notice Dyson products never went to the advertised black Friday price and was “unavailable”? Was there fine print that I missed?
I am disappointed in my shopping experience with Kohls this year. I have always found so many great gifts there and have thought that my Black Friday and Holiday shopping experiences in their store have been better than others until now. I ordered 3 items last week when Colin posted about the extra 30% off for Kohls charge card holders. 2 of them came and 1 did not (the Barbie ballerina set). When I called Kohls.com tonight, they said the item was out of stock. I asked if it would just ship when it becomes available and she said “no”, she would have to put in a “case” to get my money back in 10-14 days! 10-14 days!!! really?!! If I have to buy that person another gift I need my money now! I am frustrated that their system even let me complete my order if the item was out of stock that is ridiculous in this era of technology, and to top it off they didn’t even tell me it wasn’t coming!! I did get an email that said my order had been modified but it should have definitely clearly said “you wont be getting this item and here is what we are going to do to make it up to you!” I passed up other items/deals because I had checked this person off my list. Anyways, just wanted everyone to beware. Hopefully the $100 purchase I made Tuesday all gets shipped, now I am worried!

Ha, I sent out receipt and bar codes for 2 rebates, I didn’t get anything for one and for the other one I got a letter claiming I didn’t include the bar code and said to get my rebate I needed to send it with the letter. I can only send them a picture of the box with the hole where I cut the bar code out and told them to look on the mail room floor for it. This is why I usually don’t try to get the rebate because it’s always a waste of time and stamps.
I received my $100 prepaid Visa yesterday for the 10 $10 rebates for which I applied. After I taped the UPCs on the rebate form I photocopied that as well as the receipts in case there was an issue. Don’t know if they would have accepted that had there been a problem, but it took only a few minutes.
Easy to say that afterwards, I think most people are like me, that have bad experiences with it and then don’t try again. You have to know what you’re doing to plan for the bad eggs and it never occurred to me to tape stuff and set up the scanner. I just follow their directions and expect it to either work or not. In this case it was not.
