Has anyone received their samples from the past few weeks? Its been more than 14 days for me so I talked to customer service and they emailed me back with this:
Hi Blossom,
We’re sorry to read that you have not yet received your sample. We use the US Postal Service to deliver our samples and if it has not been received within 14 business days of placing your order, it may have been lost in the postal system.
Unfortunately we cannot resend any samples that go missing as we do not keep product on hand.
Please note if do not receive your sample within 14 days of shipment, and you have received a feedback reminder, you may request one of 2 options:
For an Extension:
1. Login to your member account at http://www.pinchme.com
2. Click ‘My Feedback’
3. Then click ‘I need more time’
Alternatively, for an Exemption (if you believe the product has been lost) :
1. Click ‘My Feedback’
2. Click ‘Complete now’;
3. Then click ‘I can’t’ next to the product you did not receive;
4. Finally select ‘My sample didn’t arrive’.

“Lost in the postal system” sounds a bit absurd to me, I get tons of mail, 99% of my freebies don’t seem to get lost, especially packages. Has anyone else had any luck?
I received mine Saturday. With the holidays, you might need to give it a few extra days.

Just was able to place an order. I still haven’t received my last box yet. But last time I got it the day I placed my last order so still could be in the mail. My box was really beat up last time. But the products were fine.

I was clicking around checking it out and realized I was in someone else’s account! I’ve never registered here… and don’t have any friends by that name… so I’m a little worried. How safe is my info? Was that a dummy account the programers put up for testing?
It did the same exact thing to me! I was very worried! It had the poor persons address, email, and phone number all laid out there! I thought I was in my account!! That is not good at all, I closed my account minutes ago.

You can get google voice. Very easy that’s what I did.
How do you enter your google voice number and than do we answer the phone when it rings or just let it go to voice mail and than find it somewhere in our gmail email? Tks in advance! 😉

I got mine! Perfume, dog treats, and crisps. Excited. I’ve enjoyed getting samples from them so far. Some have been pretty tasty! Some of the cosmetic ones make for great stocking stuffers.
