Yes, I have the Zane riding boots in gray and every time I wear them I get compliments, friends and strangers alike. Be forewarned though, I purchased these last winter and already they are scuffed, I ‘ll have to retire them soon.

I have the Zane boots and love them! If you have bigger calves and can’t get riding boots that fit you have to check out the extended calf size. They fit so great and are really comfortable. Yeah, I had the same problem, I got charged three times and it didn’t show me that my order was placed or not, now i have to see if customer service is open on thanksgiving day ! If not i’m going to have to wait even longer ! 🙁 !!

I didn’t even get any email confirmations from payless. I got charged twice on my bank and once on my credit card. But I called my bank and they said to contact payless first and they should reverse the transactions. Hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone else. Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone 🙂

Same thing happened to me, have two extra charges! I switched browsers (didn’t work in firefox, did work in IE) and tried one last time, it worked and I did get a confirmation #. If the extra charges haven’t disappeared by Friday I’ll call about them 😉 I hope these boots are worth it! Thanks Collin for all you do!
I got the Iron Man running shoes and a pair of Toms style shoes for two of my Angel Tree kids. I would’ve bought my son some shoes, too, but he has to wear wide width and there are unfortunately not many wide options. Total for both pairs was around $20 including tax, shipped to store.
I got 1 pair of sandals, a pair of iron man skater shoes, 4 gloves and a lightening mcqueen hat for $31. Not too bad!
I literally got these boots YESTERDAY that I bought like a week ago and I paid $45 each….hopefully I can buy again and return the ones I just got. I havent worn them out yet, just tried them on. But at least I know they fit! (Love payless for having a size 13 with extended calf!)
Hi Maria, That happened to me too. I took my receipt into the store and they did a price adjustment for me. I didn’t even have to take in the boots. Hopefully they can do that for you too!
Here’s my scoop. Non of the orders actually went through. But the Payless lady said the bank is holding the funds for all the times I tried to place the order, and they will be released in 1-2 days. Here’s the kicker: since none of the orders took, I lost the boots I wanted because they sold out of my size. Oh and my accounts are frozen. Pretty poor experience.

I called and spoke To Someone and she said the charges that actually didn’t go through will fall off my account within a day or two.

If you didn’t get a confirmation code it most likely didn’t go through. I have over $500 worth of pending charges from them, and the lady on the phone said none of them went through. I had to place my order on the phone with her.
