In case anyone else has the same question i had- it looked like at first that i would be charged for shipping, none of the options in the shipping drop-down selection was showing as free. BUT, when i got to the last page of the order process, i was not charged anything and i did not have to enter any payment info. First Class ship option showed free in my order confirmation, and no taxes charged for an order to AZ, either!

I got asked for my credit card too. I was waiting for the free shipping but think I may have been charged $3.75. I can’t tell yet through my bank and the email from the company didn’t say anything about it.

I think I just got charged $3.75 for shipping. I selected the shipping method that was suggested. It listed the shipping at checkout as UPS Ground (Free) but had a charge of $3.75 next to it so I kept hitting continue and it never went to zero. I have to check my with my bank because the email that the company sent never said anything about the charges.

If you read the shipping rules https://www.adagio.com/pages/shipping_domestic.html it says the free shipping doesn’t count for the people that use the $5 certificate so I’m not completely sure how some people got it to work and others didn’t. It did not take the shipping off of mine either. 🙁

mine too, so i’m not sure what i was charged because it still showed the $3.75 even though it also showed “free shipping”. i wrote to them so hopefully they will take off the shipping if it was charged.
My first order was $5 loose leaf tea and I got charged shipping. I noticed on second order, I chose $5 teabags and free shipping was applied. The site says “free shipping” so maybe we won’t be charged?

they just wrote back and told me that the order cannot be 0 and get free shipping.very disappointing!!
I received my order of earl grey black tea and was really disappointed. It tasted like perfume lol grateful I was able to try it for only one dollar total!! Thanks again 🙂
I got earl gray too, but haven’t tried it yet because i’m prego.. 🙁 I did however try the peach tea, it wasn’t bad but wasn’t as peachy as the celestial tea I have..
