I was always under the impression you had to spend $100 (for 20) or $50 after the percent off coupon to trigger the kohls cash. Have I been spending more than I should all these years?

This is my first time doing Khol’s cash and I would have been very frustrated if I have gotten items to earn Khol’s cash, because I don’t like how the khol’s cash has to be spent. What’s good is that I got kitchen items free after rebate, with makes it a good deal.
I’m pretty sure it’s after all discounts and before tax because that’s why she shows you would get $10 instead of $20. After all discounts you’d still be over $50 on your purchase.

It’s after discounts. When I got my son’s school clothes, I was $10 short of $150 and had him grab a pair of shorts and that did it. (BTW that was when they had a killer sale and we got LOTS including some Nike sliders!) I received $30 of Khol’s cash. And if you scroll up, Colin states that if you buy all 5 items and use these discounts then you’ll score $10 Khols cash. The Fisher Price toys are great deals too!

Oh! Duh. I know why we have to spend $100…look at the discount card at the top left. It says spend LESS than $100, you get 15% off. If you spend MORE than $100, you get 25% off.

Yes if u want free shipping unless you order in store kiosk. Also, to get another kohls cash your total has to be at least 50 after all discounts. Kohls cash is considered a discount when redeeming.
This is slightly off-topic, but I have codes, each redeemable toward movie tickets up to $12 via moviefone.com. Apparently you can check out as a guest there or log in to your Fandango account, if you have one. The codes expire 12/31, and I won’t use them. (I won them a long time ago.) However, I was wondering whether anyone might be up for a trade … maybe Kohl’s Cash in exchange for the tickets?

I got the $10 off card too. I used it yesterday on an item that was $15.19 on sale b4 tax. I also used the printed coupon 20% off $100 or less family & Friends email thing. Anyway, it only took off $1.04.
Is this because it applied the $10 card first, making my total $5.19 and THEN took off the 20%?
Kohl’s always applies the dollar off coupons (whether it’s the $5 or $10 promos, or Kohl’s cash) before they apply the % off coupons.

Couldn’t pay me to order through kohls. I have had nothing but problems and to call customer service takes forever just to speak with someone you who cannot understand you and vise versa and who end up being no help
I agree-lots of problems. I ordered 2 If the same toy for $28 each. They only mailed one so I called, waited forever to speak to someone then told they would refund one toy and the submit a new order to get another one shipped. They refunded me $28, but then charged me $47 for the same toy!! Plus I lost my $10 kohls cash due to the return. I talked to several people who all struggled with English and didn’t understand what the problem was!
I have also had a problem with my order not being complete. When I called they did the same thing refunded my money and had me reorder. In the end i got so frustrated i ended up canceling the order. I was on the phone for almost 2 hours!!! Hoping the other two orders I placed with kohl’s I will not have the same experience.

Call customer service!! I recently had someone else’s kohls cash and order confirmation sent to me, when I called they told me it was my order. I politely explained over and over that I do not live in Pennsylvania, I didn’t order those items and another persons kohls charge was noted. He eventually said, thanks for the call, don’t use one of the kohls cash you have and they will call in when they don’t get theirs. I hope that person called!
