You have to spend $50 in store as well I believe. I used it in-store last year and had to spend $50.
I just went to my store to use my 30% off and secret reward card. Picked out a “beauty set” that was on sale for $18. Was told i couldn’t use either one. Not even the reward card because it was a promotional item. Anyone else have any issues with this??? I left, such a disappointment
I work at VS and that it not the case. The 30% off one item has to be used on a reg price item but you can totally use your SRC on any purchase.
That is not what I was told, I just got back from Victoria’s Secret and was told the secret reward card can’t be used on sale items. I have never heard of that in my life and I would like to know who you think I need to contact about it.
I would print a copy of the store’s policy regarding secret reward cards and bring it into the store with you, and if that doesn’t work, ask to speak with the manager.

It depends on your store. They were very clear with me that they only allow one SRC per transaction.

I had to jump through flaming hoops with my VS Rewards and I wasn’t terribly happy about the outcome. I ordered two “bralette deal” (the one that Collin posted) packages when they were doing the 2 reward card promo, both arrived with only one card in them despite the code and promo showing up on the invoice.
I called the day the packages arrived. “So sorry about that! We’ll email you the two codes in the next 48 hours. I’m putting a note in your account here about it.” Okay, fine. Annoying, but okay.
Three (business) days later, nada. It is now the first day of the rewards card turn in period. I call again. “Ma’am, there’s nothing in your account here about it, I’m not even showing you called and spoke to someone. I will put in to have these emailed to you and you’ll have them by tomorrow.” Okay, fine.
Two (business) days later, nada. I call again. “Ma’am, I see the note here, but it will take 5-7 business days to show up in your email box.” Ugh. Whatever, okay, fine.
Three (business) days later. “You didn’t receive them yet? Hold on. -cue being on hold for 12 minutes- Uh, ma’am? The two reward card promo wasn’t valid on the bralettes and since we backordered one of the bralettes you don’t get an extra one with that, either. I can offer you two $10 e gift cards.”
I’m really not pleased. I spoke to three company reps in a two week period, was told I would have one outcome by all three of them, and there was NO mention of my orders “not being valid for that promo” during checkout or in the two weeks and three calls that followed. A $10 gift card is NOT the same as a $10 gift card that had the chance of being worth up to $500, and I feel really taken advantage of.
Yeah, but the good news you can use the gift card with your other secret rewards!!

Where do you get the reward cards from?
I went yesterday to the VS store, because I didn’t read the email for the 30% off actually started today… BUT my cashier let me use it anyways and with a secret rewards card…plus I had my friend with me, sent her the email, had her use my other secret reward card on yoga leggings that were $10 off (normally $34.50, $10 off made them 24.50, 30% off made them $17 so I paid $7), Plus then bought the trio of socks (in stores they are $19.50) (BUT she ordered for me online since they didn’t have the color I wanted, making them $12.50) then got the pink nation bra for FREE (paying only $2 for this transaction)… After all three transactions I scored a tunic hoodie, leggings, trio of socks, and a bra for $29.14 out of pocket.
I have 8 total cards to use. Blah. But today VS is offering FREE shipping with $50 purchase, plus clearance is extra 20% off.

I was really excited about this yoga pants deal until I realized that I probably won’t be able to make it work for me because the 30% off is supposed to be on full-priced items only, so I doubt they’ll let me use it since the yoga pants are on sale $10 off. If you have the $15 off any bra with an angel card purchase, you can use it with a secret reward card. I talked to customer service before going to store. I think the online code is ANGELDEC.

I went to vs to use my rewards and back to exchange some lacy hip huggers I bought. Well I didn’t have my receipt by my own error so the vs worker said to go shop and she would deduct the price from my final bill since the undies are 50% off today…..WOW! She gave me back $11 per pair! Idk why she didn’t just do an even exchange but she didn’t! So I felt pretty awesome with that deal. I got 7 pairs of the kind I like (took 3 to exchange she refunded) and used my $10 reward and the 30% email (a hip2save fan was kind enough to share with me) for a final price of $1.99! Can I get a woot woot!?!?!
Then! I got the $25 perfume set and a $10 bombshell body spray. Used the 30% off and my $25 secret rewards for a total of $8.82. The 30% didn’t work for the perfume. I didn’t know that until after everything was rang up. Otherwise, I would have just used my free rewards for the perfume set and called it good. I couldn’t even think with my 3 young daughters with me! The youngest kept trying to smell everything and then chucked her cup of milk which of course leaked all over the floor! All in all, great deal imo!
