Nope no email but I ordered a tru triple buffet slow cooker and never received it. Called and she said it was delivered. She only offered to refund what I paid and said the kohls cash I used would be lost because I no longer had the email with the kohls cash number. She said there was no way to just ship me a new one. So I lost out on $10.would have been nice to get an apology email.
I would call them back and speak to a supervisor.. There is more they can do for you!! You just have to find the right person to speak with.. IF the supervisor will not help go to the next level..
Definitely call back. I had a similar issue with my sons crib and I was a very emotional pregnant women. I sent a very long email to the CEO(googled his info) and got a call the next day with a full refund and a new crib shipped to me right away! They can definitely do something!

Yep, I sure got mine. My delivery was only 3 days late, plus I only spent 7 dollars, I’m not complaining though, I will snag a couple of memory foam pillows I’ve been wanting.

Bummed, because I haven’t gotten an e-mail from them yet and I’ve had 2 issues now with 2 separate Kohl’s orders of mine 🙁 One of my orders was missing an item and another order I didn’t receive my $75 Kohl’s cash for (yes, I checked my spam folder and such, I was watching like a hawk!) Crossing my fingers I’ll get one, since it seems they’ve been pretty swamped lately with all their deals and customers.
Yes I got one earlier today and last week I got a free shipping code for bath and body works. Neither of my orders were really late either. Such a nice surprise tho and I will continue to shop at both places. 🙂

I got the email and was very surprised especially since I ordered a long sleeve t-shirt to wear under a dolman sleeve sweater that came about to my elbows. The t-shirt never came and yesterday I had to go to the party without the long sleeve t-shirt on with the sweater and I had to keep my coat on most of the time cause I was kinda embarrassed. Nobody said anything, but I’m sure they thought I was weird. I ordered the t-shirt on Dec 2 and it still hasn’t been shipped, it just says “In Fulfillment”. My 2nd order that I have to have by Christmas still hasn’t shipped and I’m getting worried about it, too.

I didnt get one from Kohls but I did get an apology email from Target which I found rare. I ordered 6 sets of the $5 boys pjs online on Thanksgiving (the Black Friday sale) and they sent an email letting me know that one of the sets couldnt be fulfilled because they were out of stock. They didnt charge me for it AND sent me a $25 e-gift card…for a $5 pair of pjs! Then I got another email that it had happened again. I ended up with $50 in apology gift cards and still got the 4 other sets I ordered. I had never seen Target do something like this before. I hope they keep it up with online shopping becoming more popular.
On another note, I ordered the Disney Barbie deal with like 6 Barbies like a week or so before Thanksgiving that Colin posted about and got a similar email from Kohls that they were unable to fulfill this item due to being out of stock. I was supere disappointed and called their customer service to ask when it would come in as I wasnt in a rush and they were like “um no sorry we just have to take it off your order”. I did get to keep the Kohls cash for the rest of my order but was more disappointed that I had passed up other great deals over the week it took them to tell me as I was thinking my niece’s gift was already checked off the list.

Nope. I placed an order on 11/29. Got half of it 2 days ago but the other half hasn’t even shipped or they have forgotten it. I emailed them yesterday about it but they haven’t gotten back, just the auto email saying they are having more than expected emails and may take longer for a reply. Did NOT get an apology with a credit in it.
Has anyone run into Rebate problems from items purchased during black friday events? I purchased the food network knifes and I got a email saying they were unable to process it due to date of purchase, but I clearly purchased it during the right dates… the register printed out the rebate form! I tried calling but no one will talk to me about it since it hasn’t been more than two weeks since they recieved my rebate form.
Didn’t get one but Kohl’s has always given me great customer service so I’m not complaining.
